Good morning!!

Angie,

Way to go! I was a good girl yesterday as well. It must take ALOT of willpower to resist cravings when all you have to do is go to your back yard! It must be easier not having to travel to work though. Yeah, 35 is FREEZING! We live in NY state, so, it is almost equally cold . BLAH, winter is coming! Do you know how much water is too much to drink in a day? I ended up drinking 96 ounces yesterday. Is that too much? My husband thought so, and told me I should cut out a few glasses.

Dips,

I too come from a large family, but, I am the baby. My mom had 4 sons and 3 daughters. My eldest brother is 54, youngest sister is 42, and I will be 27 in December. You must be ecstatic about coming home! Down to 8 days now?

Cherie,

Thanks for the encouragement. You seem to be losing at a steady pace, lucky you!! You will be at your goal weight in no time!

Well, I am on day 2 of being good. It is rough though, as I am sure any of you who fell off the band wagon and are trying to get back on will agree! I walked 3 miles and did 20 mins pilates. I am going to try and walk 3 more miles today.

Hello to Kempy, Noelle, Chris, Redballoon, Jackie, Julie...everyone else. Here's to another great day!

Holly

Boy you guys were busy after I left work yesterday. Istill didn't see all of us posting though. I hope everyone is doing ok.

Angie that is FREEEZING!! It is 70 right now and it isn't even 9 in the morning. I am sure we will be hitting 85 today. I thought we were getting cooler but mother nature had other plans. I know before to long I will really be jealous of you b/c of all of the snow that you get. I love the name of your bakery. That is really cute. It is a shame that you arn't closer, I could come buy some of your yummy treats. The LF kind of course. By the way HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!

Holly you and Cherie talking about pilates make s me want to get out my tapes and get goning with them agian. I really liked them. Strange but I think that it is a cold weeather thing. Maybe b/c I was doing them last winter.

Cherie what do you do?

Dips you couldn't buy a sweatshirt for the mornings? I love in mine here at work once it gets cold. We have to keep the gym cool even during the winter so I freeze. This year I am getting a heater for my office. I am not going to play the game of typing with one hand b/c I am sitting on the other trying to keep it warm.

Holly there is a formula for how much water to drink based on your weight. I will see if I can try to find it.

Julie your dinner sounds good. I never even thought about eating my lemon chicken on a salad. duh Since i have a freezer full I should make that tonight.

Jackie I am right there with you when it comes to not seeing progress quickly. I feel like I have been working really hard for weeks and I get nothing. My clothes get a little tighter actually. Hang in there girls and keep posting here. It really does help to write things out and to talk with people in the same boat as you.

I did good last night but I did have one little slip. I have some candy corn in the house and I had a few about 10. I am trying to stay completely away form sugar and that was not a good thing to eat. I think I might have to throw them away when I get home. They are littel demons!

I don't have much to do today so I will be in and out of here looking to chat. I hope to see you here.

Oh they love it. Rebel sat in my lap and was ready to go for a ride. It really is comfortable to ride in and sleep in. I could definately be a full timer if I didnt have kids. Maybe when they grow up. Is today our anniversary? If so I think we all have done great despite our setbacks every once in a while. YEAH US!!!

Goodmorning Ladies!

Angie I just love the pics of your RV. Its beautiful. Just like a living space of a real house!

Kempy those candy corn are so addicting. I am fearing Halloween , I mean I love this time of year but I also love chocolate. Especially Almonds Joys and Snicker bars. Well just about anything chocolate.

Happy Anniversary Girls. You guys are a great support team. I am feeling pretty positive today to stay OP, yesterday I did not cheat at all, basically trying to make up for the weekend!

Dips that is so nice you get to know your little brother when you get home. That must be really hard.

Hi Holly and Cherie and Noelle.
Julie

Angie,

You have a nice RV! It looks very spacy and comfy!

Kempy,

Hi! Oh, how I wish it were 75 or 80 here! Today's high is only 56 . How cool does it get in the winters where you live? I like the pilates, but, have to be careful not to strain my lumbar spine.
I LOVE those candy corns! Especially the ones that have chocolate tips, or those that are halloween shapes and are chocolate flavored.

Hi Julie!

Candy corn with the chocolate tips are so good. I am scared of Halloween this year. Last year we did trick or treating and then I called my dad up and had him stop in on his way to work and grab all the chocolate candy that same night. The kids were pissed but I had just started my diet so it had to be done. This year I lack that drive so I am kinda nervous.

I could have an excuse to cheat every weekend from now till vaca but I need to not do it. Weekends suck!!

I have some left over shrimp that I boiled last night so I was thinking about making a stir fry. I really don't add any oil so it technically isn't a fry. I will just throw in some veggies and the shrimp with a little soy sauce. I am going to have it over brown rice. Joe wont be home for dinner so I will be cooking for myself. It will either be the stir fry or protein pancakes. It all depends on what I feel like when I get home.

What are you having Julie?
