Hope everyone is doing well. I have been searching county maps to see where people are who have contracted the virus. There are 7 cases in my area. But I shop in an area in another county and they are not publishing cases...And of course a lot of people who have contracted the virus are not being tested...I hope none of you have relatives in nursing homes....
I finally biked tonight. It has been really cool, so I have only done a little watering of seedlings indoors. Diet could be better, could be worse. Wt. is up...I have 2 weeks to get my act together...
Teri, I'm so excited for spring weather so I can bike more often. I bike as transportation even in winter, but it's much, much less frequent than when it's not bitterly cold and windy. We have some really windy streets where I live that are brutal to bike down, since I've got a heavy one-speed! Lots of calories burned though, I guess lol.
Breakfast: carrot oatmeal
Lunch: veggie burger, smoothie, 200 cal worth of cookies
Snack: banana, cereal
Dinner: salmon, roast veggies
Exercise: meh, not much. I taught for a couple of hours but didn't feel that active today. I've got a muscle strain in my hip so that's kinda cramping my style at present. Heat seems to help a lot though so I'm hoping I'll have it on the run soon.
Princessroja, sorry about your muscle strain . Must be frustrating. What is an oatball? Sounds good. I adore things with oatmeal and grains.
Yanzgter, I feel for you having been coughed upon by some person who doesn't really care about the health of others and refuses to heed precautions. It's just plain selfish on their part. It's my pet peeve right now.

. . .put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts.
Fat people aren't bad people. Sometimes we feel inferior just be-cause we happen to be overweight. It doesn't matter whether we're a few pounds over weight or a lot of pounds overweight; when we're too heavy, it makes us feel bad. Obesity isn't a sin in itself, but often it is the result of sin. Gluttony, sloth, laziness; these things can lead to obesity, and they are sinful behaviors. When we decide to put off these wrong behaviors, we set ourselves on the path that pleases God. Change takes time, but the rewards are always worth the effort.
Today's thought: There's more to a new me than just losing weight.
Good morning/afternoon to all

Thanks, Jaimsy! Emily, yikes, I hope your job is safe. Rachel, this is the recipe I used (the choc pb one) but there's tons and tons of recipes all over the internet. Most have dates but alas, my tiny food processor can't handle dates so I have to make ones without. https://www.eatingbirdfood.com/easy-...-balls-4-ways/
Breakfast: carrot oatmeal
Lunch: a mishmash--two appetizer bites (100ish cal), cheese and crackers, grapes, potato, greek yogurt with blueberries, chocolate. I calculated it up to something like 700 calories total.
Snack: banana, oat ball
Dinner: two appetizer bites, butternut squash soup, grapes, few bites of cheddar. And a cinnamon roll! My MIL always makes homemade cinnamon rolls for Christmas and Easter morning, and she mailed us each one this time :O So sweet of her!
Exercise: 35 min tap class
Joe - hope you are ok and it is just a standard cold. Erm...chicken noodle soup?
Princessroja - thanks for the link, even I may be able to manage that level of baking! Also... I LOVE tap, it was my main thing. I keep my old favourite shoes in my wardrobe as a reminder. Hope you enjoyed it!
Yangzter, I sure hope you get to feeling better soon. How are you doing today?
Princessroja, thank you for recipe link for oat balls!! I plan to make a batch of your chocolate pumpkin spice muffins today!! They freeze well so I will make a triple batch.
Yesterday I took in 1100 calories. I'm out of fresh salad so will chop up a bunch of fresh veggies today to make a big salad which will be good for about 5 days.
