Do you track your foods? If not maybe try tracking for a week or so. It might help to see everything in black and white?
Have had a good couple of days here, have weighed every other day or so but i've decided it's not reliable to weigh every day any more since I seem to fluctuate fluid weekly as well as daily

So looking forward to seeing where I am Tuesday. 5 weeks til we go to Disneyland Paris and hoping to be in the 260s by then (and even pushing towards the 250s, if i'm really good.)
