I am hoping that unlike last year, winter does not drag on through the spring.
I was talking about SensualAppeal. I've been in skinny jean land over 2 years already.

Yes, having real insurance finally is such a relief because I really need peace of mind, and I'm sure winter will work it's way through Spring, it always does. :/

Thank you for the warm welcome everybody!

GMNEVO- welcome back!

Diana3271- Feta with egg, yum! I need to plan out mini omlettes in my menu planning.

Sensual Appeal- great job with your goals!

Novangel- insurance is so necessary! Best of luck at your March appt. I have a heart appt. on Thursday. Treadmill and all the works. I have kidney and heart issues so I understand the wish of seeing good results and having a good appt.

Down a pound today to 174.8lbs.

Lots of snow (about 6 - 8 inches Fluffy) so had the day off work. Well, I worked at home. But I'll take it. The gym was shut though but I still managed to get a sneaky run in after the snow had been cleared

Breakfast was sardines, eggs and squid.

Lunch was fish.

For exercise, I shoveled snow and ran 4.4 miles.

Diana, after a lot of initial messing about with the machines I use free weights all the time now. I find they are safer and more effective. I also do a full body workout in every session. My body seems to recover very quickly (it's the fish) so I do not need rest days (just 24 hours rest).

Hello all,

Not sure where the time goes! Spent some time outside, shoveled a couple paths to the compost bin and wood pile, got in a good cold 5K walk with DH and little dog. Not being bad but off the fasting temporarily, the cold and whiteness everywhere is kind of motivation sapping, just working my program as best I can.

I'm in the thinking about wintering somewhere warmer group!!

W-167.4
B-oats, sunflower nuts, raisins, almond milk
L-spring mix, 5 bean salad, mushrooms, olives, balsamic
S-banana, orange
D-bean soup

ok, heading down to exercise, have a great night everyone

Default starting tonight

I am just starting this tonight. I want to get back on track because right now I feel awful. I know all it will take is a little exercise and a little duct tape and I will all set. So I will get off here and go for a little walk on my treadmill. Nothing too tough though. I should have known better than to sled down my driveway with a slipped disk. Woopsie

Hi Everyone!

Tomorrow I have a follow up with the gyno about my crazy TTOM. Things have improved so I'm thinking the appointment will be a quick one.

My DH has something going on and I have been really worried about him. He has been having some issues with swallowing. I have been trying to get him to get it checked out. He's over 50 so it's also time for his first colonoscopy, too. So, today he took the first step and he has an appointment for a consultation next Tuesday and we will go from there. Two days last week I cried all morning before going into work. I was crying again this morning. I would appreciate any and all thoughts and prayers for him.

CoolMom Good job on the 159!

Sensualappeal Good job staying strong.

Fluffypuppy We do have A/C, thank goodness! I hope you have a good stay with your parents.

Novangel Good news about the insurance. I hope your appointment goes well. Wishing you the best.

Flower Good luck with the exercise and cocoa. I hope you were able to do your errands safely today.

Northernchick Good luck with those workouts and meeting your goal.

Veil I enjoy my morning omelet. But I do eat the same thing everyday, LOL.

GMNEVO Good job on the walk last night. Dance Mania sounds fun. Never heard of that class.

Ian Good job on the pound! I usually do full body, too.

Kelijpa Come on down our way. It's funny, when we went to Myrtle Beach on Saturday, I swear most of the people in the restaurant were from the North. I talked with several couples from New York and they now live in Myrtle Beach.

Maggie Hi and welcome to the check-in. Good luck with your weight loss goals.

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Diana, sending you good thoughts for your DH's check up. Try not to let your imagination run too far. Easier said than done, I know.

Finishing the day on target at 1000 calories.

Flower, it just must be the way the weather currents move. We get a bit of lake effect.

Didn't eat much during the day. Started cooking for a client and made onion Bhajji. That's when I got into trouble. The other stuff I could either taste or not (one thing I've made so many times). This was new so I had to taste it. And ended up eating them all. Now it's only 540 cals for the recipe and gave me so much energy from the protein and cals. But that was a little slip.

Still total 740 and burned 514.

125.2. Hope it sticks around

Hi all,

I am feeling really excited about losing the last 20 pounds for me so figured I'd get some accountability here. I just recently went back to college and am currently training to someday try to be on American Ninja Warrior (I've met Kacy Catanzaro )

W: 143.8
B: One apple cinnamon oatmeal packet, 1 tbsp chia seeds
L: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber, carrots, refried beans, fruit, dressing), asparagus fritatta, 2oz chicken
D: 4oz chicken, asparagus with tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, 1 apple, 1 tbsp peanut butter
~1300 cal
E: 1.5 hours of playing soccer

Good day for me! Hope everyone has had a great day and good luck for tomorrow!

You guys are all so awesome, I love how supportive everyone is here. Makes me smile. You're all doing GREAT!! Keep it up ladies (and gents!) Woohoo!

I've been noticing I'm craving more food lately during weekday. Might be cause its "my lady friend in town" but who knows. Last week was a bit more craving too. Thankfully I no longer crave bad foods, it's just FOOD in general. So maybe I am hungry? I don't feel hungry.

Anyway, here's what I had today:
B: 2 eggs, tomatoes
S: apple
L: greek yogurt
S: nuts
S: protein shake
D: shredded chicken with marinara from crock pot, steamed carrots, butter lettuce, tomatoes with sriracha
and TEA to top the night off.

Also, had a workout today. 30 minutes walking at 3.2 mph at a 7 incline on the treadmill. Then a 15 minute resistance workout amping up some weights.

Keep up the good work everyone! Let's finish February off strong. By the way, I cannot belive we're almost in March. Time is going by wayy too fast. But maybe then again that's a good thing? ahha
