Up 1.4lbs today to 174.8lbs.

Breakfast was sardines and smoked oysters.

Lunch was smoked oysters, petite sardines, squid, mussels and octopus.

For exercise, I did 60 minutes boxing before work and ran 5 miles before lunch.

Hi Everyone!

Northernchick Good job counting things and moving on. I hope your foot is feeling better soon.

CoolMom Good job on your weigh in. I hope you can go for the bike ride.

Flower I hope today was a good day for you.

Fluffypuppy I think it would be fun living in the same building as your family. I enjoy hearing about that.

Finch Good job on your day.

Kelijpa Did you work at home today or did you have to go in? How is Hunter doing? The neighbors behind us has a new dog. They put some dead branches along the back fence. Cody runs up and down the fence line. The other dog tries to run but ends up in the the branches. So he hops hops through the branches. Really funny to see.

Jessicahayes Good job on the NSV! Love all your acknowledgements.

Novangel Were you able to get the run in?

Syckgirlsfv I think it would be fun to work at one of the casino's.

Ian How did you feel with the change in breakfast?

Waving HI all around! Enjoy your evening.

Less bloated but fewer BMs. Hence some weight gain.

I am interested in seeing what happens when the pipes clear.

Hi everyone!

Nova--intense! Good for you!

Ian--hope it works for ya.

Diana--glad the swelling was down. It is nice living in the same building as my bro. I don't see him nearly as often as you would think though. Separate doors and spaces.

Syckgirlsfv--do you prefer riding with the hubby or is solo good sometimes? Obviously you don't want him to be sick though.

Northern--holy crap! That is cccccold! -20 ish quite often here but rarely below that, but then you know, you lived here! Fluffy's freezing point is -9. I'm happy enough above that. Did the school close?

Yesterday:1100 cals
This morning:143.8 down 1.0! Below my magic number!
Today:960 cals but not in bed yet and you all know about my late night trouble zone

My dad had tests today and they didn't find anything. Part of me was hoping they would find something small and easily treated so his hemoglobin would be explained. Now it's still a mystery. Oh well, they didn't find something bad so that's positive.

I struggled through rehearsal tonight with stage fright and worries about my dogs being alone so long. I really have dog separation anxiety. They are the types who will get into the garbage or such so I'm very careful but it gives me anxiety.

That's our way! I would have done the same, love sausage and peppers, always think afterward, I should have skipped the bun. Great job with the running. Glad TWD is back.

Need to read some more, but want to get a post in.
Weird week, but going ok, 163.0 today, I may be able to get off the pound I gained last week...took the night off last night from exercise, just couldn't do it, I went in late so came home later, messed up my internal clock I guess.

Here's to an OP day

fluffy if it's a long ride I prefer his company, but when it's only the 11 mile one I don't mind doing it alone because I seem to ride faster for some reason. But it is more fun most times to have him there.

B - apple w/honey peanut butter
L - going out for PHO! I usually have the chicken pho and 2 egg rolls...
D - not sure yet...

Syckgirl, I love Pho!!! The beef is my fave with all the other odd bits of tripe and ox tail.

W 162.6 (up a smidge)
B egg on toast, decaf with milk
L roasted veg, sardines
D chicken noodle soup

That should put me at 900-1000.

I got a little 8 mile bike ride in with a friend and my oldest son. It was fun and we're planning another get together on Sunday for a hike.

Hello all,
just read a bunch again, so think I am caught up.

163.0 this morning
B-high fiber oatmeal quaker, sunflower nuts, raisins, almond milk
L-spring mix, 5 bean salad, marinated mushrooms, garlic stuffed olives, radish sprouts, balsamic vinegar
D-angus burger patty and a half, baked beans, sautéed mushroom and rice concoction DH made, he's awesome
S-orange, banana
E-walk at work, yoga tonight and may try a workout from an app I downloaded or the bike.

Syckgirlsfv hope the DH is mending, I hate a sore throat, I think it's my least favorite, poor guy.

Went for a little snowshoeing with Hunter over the weekend, it was fun, he pounced through the snow for awhile, then he'd get behind me so I could break trail and kept stepping on my snowshoes, he had snowballs all over his legs and chest, he wasn't too happy when I tried to get them off

Going to a class in FL next month excited about seeing the sun, DH is coming down for part of the time, Hunter will go to "camp". I didn't sleep really good last night worrying about driving 2 other students to class, today I talked to one of the guys today and felt much better. I'll sleep good tonight.

Hope everyone had a good day and has a good night

No change today at 174.8lbs.

Breakfast was sardines, pilchards and muscles.

Lunch was smoked oysters, smoked muscles, squid and steelhead trout.

For exercise, I did 60 minutes weight training before work and ran 5 miles before lunch.

Had some serious BMs. At last. So let's see what the scale says tomorrow.

If cutting the oats gets rid of the last of my tummy, I will be a very happy man. I'll give it a few weeks.

I didn't run tonight. Work was insane busy so I was standing all day without a break and my right foot was barking at me. The side of it feels bruised but I don't see anything. I came home and took 3 Advil instead and it feels better..I will assess the situation tomorrow.

TOM is taking it's sweet time to fully start (as usual since getting this STUPID IUD) and my appetite is raging. I'm trying my best to stay out of the fridge.

Have a good night!

Hi Everyone!

Novangel Good job on the run last night. I hope you feel better tomorrow.

Fluffypuppy I understand you hoping for a diagnosis for your dad and he could be on his way to getting well. I'm glad everything is OK for now. Did the pups get into anything?

Kelijpa Are you driving or flying to FL? I hope you have a nice trip even though it's work related.

Jessicahayes on the swimming.

Syckgirlsfv Enjoy the dinner out.

CoolMom Your trip is coming up soon. Are you or the kids concerned about the difference in the food from what you normally eat?

Ian
Some people have issues grains. You may be one of them.

Waving Hi all around. Enjoy your evening.
