All the eating out, even with sensible choices is messing me up 161 today. Time to buckle down.

Star great news on your weight and on the new plan for your husband, I hope it goes well and ends up positive!

I'm having the same troubles. Food is invading my thoughts and
I have given in too much. I'm seeing 157.8 on my scale and it
was 154. The Halloween candy time is a weak one for me. Today
I have been good so far. Crossing my fingers for us all to get our
goals.

152.6 but i think i over ate today. Plus, didn't drink a lot of water.

Voodoodonut - i think about food too much also. Even your name makes me hungry.

Voodoodonut - I was just teasing. Definitely an original name and easy to remember.

152.8 so tiny bit up after eating too much yesterday. Going to workout today and try to keep busy so I stay away from the snacking. I think snacking is my biggest downfall. The little snacks really add up after awhile.

OK everybody, I'm almost there. Out of the 150's that is. What now?? There seems to be NO 140's thread, I've scoured through the first 4 or 5 pages, and nothing. Most of us shorties are soon going to be trying to get out of the 140's, who's with me?

DLS1 - Goto support groups and select featherweights. There are groups there for 140's and 130's. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you in the 140's soon.

151.6 today. Back to my low. Now just need that little bit more to get out of here.

Went clothes shopping today. Tried on lot more than I expected but it was fun. Bought some cute tops. . I'm definitely a size medium top now. Maybe a little tight in arm still but the large was too big. So hopefully the arms will get a little looser as a lose more weight. So I'm happy with this. A medium top is probably goal for me. I can't image getting into a small with my frame size.

Now the tricky part. I am definitely a size 8 pants now. this is what I wore in high school. I also tried on size 6. I was able to get them on. A little snug. Don't know if I should buy 8 or wait a little more to see if I'm a 6. I'm definitely a pear and got a lot of lower weight.

Got a little funny. Yesterday, my dd team played against the parents. As I ran the bases, I had to keep pulling up my pants. It was a good feeling and I was wearing a size 10.

I also tried on dresses. Found a cute one for a wedding I'm attending in January. But didn't buy it cuz I was afraid of buying it to early and have it not fit since I'm still dieting. Going to ask dh what he thinks.

Sorry if I went on to long. Been long time to be excited about looking good in clothes

A little quiet the last few days. Hope everyone is doing well. This journey is really worth it.

150.6. I can't believe it. 150 was my original goal until I got closer and realized I need to go more. So many times I started weightloss with a 150 goal and always quit before getting there. It really is about a lifestyle change and not a fad diet. We all have bad days. Just got to pick up and keep going.

to all my friends on here that have kept me going and given me the support I need

Hiddenstar, that is great!! You are so close to being out of here.

As for me I weighed 152.6 this morning. I bought a new scale but it seems kind of sketchy to me that my weight has been a steady 152.6 for 3 or 4 days now despite me doing a fasting day. My weight usually always fluctuate on a day to day basis. I don't know just seems strange to me.

I've been a little MIA...just busy with stuff. Getting ready to go to a viewing tonight, then a funeral tomorrow for our friend that was shot.

151 today though...and I just rode 21 miles.

150.2 definitely not participating in pizza day later today.

Took my measurements today and lost about a half inch everywhere.

149.0. my eyes probably popped out of my head when I saw it. Had to get on scale twice just to double check. I'm going to stay around for a few more days to make sure it sticks.

Hello everybody
I'm pretty new in the 150s. It's nice here! I sometimes even feel 'not fat' anymore.
I'm not working this week and it's harder not to eat too much when there is food and time and nobody to stop me. Plus, I'm noticing the beginnings of my monthly cravings... eek!
