up 4 pounds of water today! I had pizza and cocktails so it's no wonder, but I did ride 30 miles on Saturday and 11 miles Friday night. It will come off by Wednesday, it usually does. But I do have to reign myself in soon so that I can go to Vegas under 150...I've got 3 more weeks!

I just hit 157.8 and thought it was time I joined this thread.
I hope I can stay in this thread although the holidays are coming up!!
I'm out of here! I've reached my goal of 150 lb. which is a normal BMI!
Until Christmas, I will continue but then take a break. The next goal is 65kg, then hopefully 130 lb. There is still a lot of fat on my thighs that I'd like to lose.
Starting December at 158.5. I think it'll be a good month - my girlfriend who can be my worst influence (and also my best!) and I joined Planet Fitness yesterday. Combined with results from my VAP test, which is a much more detailed cholesterol test, I am suddenly much more motivated to stay on the improvement path.

Cute Butterfly, good job on the half! My scale only measures in halves. I think knowing tenths would make me crazy(er) anyway.
love2b150, we had a great Thanksgiving out. 4 course meal of very reasonable portions, so I ended up eating quite a bit less than I would have, left to my own devices. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked - divine! No leftover mashed potatoes and gravy in the house, or half a pie ... it's all good. Kinda $$$, but for this year, worth it. Major congrats on the 152.8 - rockin' it!
Syckgirlsfv - no doubt in my mind you are going to be seeing the 4's two weeks from now. You got this!

down 2 water pounds this morning already - phew! I feel almost like I'm getting a cold, so I made some chicken broth with cayenne pepper as soon as I got to work this morning, and also took echinacea. It drives me crazy this time of year that people come in to work sick! Luckily I have my own office and it's away from the admin people who keep passing around their sicknesses!

New to the thread. I was down to 144 at one point this year and maintained it/hit a wall and gave up the fight for months. Now I'm up to 160 and trying to get back on the wagon. I had a good end of November and got to 157 but got discourages quickly when 1400 cals saw me gaining weight and had a few mad binge days. Trying to learn from that and get back. My goal is to be 130lbs by Oct 2015 when I turn the big 4-0! 40 is bad but 40 and fit would make it deal- able. I joined the December Challenge with a goal of 6 lbs. after that I'll settle for 3lbs/mo cuz that would get me to my goal. I just want to have a big December so that a) if I gain over the holidays I'll still get my 3lbs and b) I want to be less than ten pounds up on my low.
Anyhow, I hope you all don't mind if I join this thread. You guys really helped me when I was on track in 2013 and I hope 2015 will be even better!
I'm sick...boo. and drinking so many fluids that I'm up a couple pounds of water again. No reason, just been guzzling water and coconut water, tea, you name it I'm guzzling it! my throat is SO dry I can't help it. ugh.
I weighed in at 156.2 today and hopefully by the end of the month I'll be closer to 150 than 155 I'm 10 pounds away from my healthy BMI now, I almost can't believe it! Also, I'm from Canada so I didn't have the Thanksgiving anxiety but I'm dreading Christmas and New Years already!
