I am quite excited to be back at my start weight this month. It is my lowest so far. But i so badly want to get down under 160. I want to see i 15 something!!
I exercised yesterday. Since i started losing weight on 12-30-12 I have just been focusing on eating well. Yesterday my boyfriend and i had pizza, real pizza, and i am trying to watch my carbs. Not a successful day. Then last night his internet was down, and that is the only way we watch tv at his place, so he got out dance central for the kinect and we played. It was my first time. But i loved it. It wasn't too bad on my asthma(which is always bad) and i easily got in a half our of movement. =)
So after all that to see a loss, i am feeling pretty good!
