Notes ~ Very happy with this month's total. I was afraid I would have a last day 'whoosh up' b/c I was craving salt yesterday, and ate more calories than normal (1500). My boobs are sore (tmi, I know) so I thought I may be already starting to retain water.
So, very happy when the scale stayed nice and stagnate this morning.
Ready and waiting to start next month and when you post a new thread, I'll jump on!
