Notes ~ VERY nice to see 155.5 this morning. I feel pretty good about it too, like it's not just a fluke. I got about 9 hours sleep last night and I always have to have that in order for my body to go ahead and get rid of some weight.
We shall see, but whether it sticks in the morning or not, I know I'm headed in the right direction.
