No WI last week, but made up for lost ground and now just 1.6 away from my goal for the month! I may not quite get there by Thursday but if I get within 1 lb of goal, I'll still be happy, it's been rough month for me on the scale, so it will be nice to close it out feeling good in the end.

I got down to 152 last week, and that's what I'm calling it for this month. I had a couple beers on Friday, and that made my weight shoot up 5lbs. Kinda ridiculous!!

Notes ~ VERY nice to see 155.5 this morning. I feel pretty good about it too, like it's not just a fluke. I got about 9 hours sleep last night and I always have to have that in order for my body to go ahead and get rid of some weight.

We shall see, but whether it sticks in the morning or not, I know I'm headed in the right direction.
