I ended January's challenge at 159 and started this challenge at 159. Last week I was at 159. The week prior to the end of January's challenge, I think I was at 158, up a pound from my low of 157. It bumped back to 157 maybe once or twice over the past couple weeks, but mostly I've been sitting back at 159 I think. I'm thinking it's the week before TOM water weight, but today my weight went to 160. For some reason it feels like I'm slowly gaining every week instead of losing, but that doesn't make any since because I know I'm in a calorie deficit and that's just not possible. I'm SO confused.
