Notes ~ Looks like I may go past my goal weight of 8 lbs and actually shoot for the 10 lbs this month!!
Yesterday's weight was up b/c I drove for 8 hours and then only got 2.5 hours sleep that night, so I expected a fluid gain.
Last night I slept for 9 hours so I got my pound back and lost another.
I am eating pretty low calorie right now, 1200 has been my high day this week, and a lot of days I hit around 1000. Also consuming plenty of water. Really going to try and hit February and March very hard and HOPEFULLY see the mid 140s by the end of March.
