I did it today........ I joined a gym!!! 50 minutes of hard workout. Heres to hoping i lose instead of gain with this change!!!!!

10 lbs in 3 weeks? I can do that. 3.3 lbs a week. That is going to make Thanksgiving tough but at least its a goal to help keep me on track during the toughest of eating holidays.

My weigh in is tomorrow morning and I am not sure that I am going to be down too much, which is ok as long as I am not up, but I am starting to feel like the 10lbs wont be happening. Gotta try not to let that get me unmotivated, I will be happy with a loss every week even if it doesn't add up to 10lbs!

I'm down 3lbs so far. I am happy to have lost over the last few days as I've dined out three days in a row (birthday week celebrations!).

It pleases me to know that I can dine out and have fun yet make more sensible choices and still lose weight Yay for sensible eating.

My birthday 'treat' wasn't even over the top though - chicken breast, steamed veggies and 1/2 a portion of mash potato. I love my new attitude to food

Hope everyone is making decent headway with their November goals!

Well the scale said the same this morning as it did yesterday 192.6 but its not a gain so ill take it!!!!!!
