I'm down 3lbs so far. I am happy to have lost over the last few days as I've dined out three days in a row (birthday week celebrations!).
It pleases me to know that I can dine out and have fun yet make more sensible choices and still lose weight
Yay for sensible eating.
My birthday 'treat' wasn't even over the top though - chicken breast, steamed veggies and 1/2 a portion of mash potato. I love my new attitude to food
