I haven't read all 31 pages, so forgive me if I'm duplicating (triplicating?) but there are quite a few veggies that I hate and everyone else loves. Also, I love what everyone hates.
Tomatoes, I hate with a flaming purple passion. Raw tomato gets picked off sandwiches and salads. If they are cooked into a soup or sauce, or ketchup, I can stomach the taste, but they are not friends with my stomach, if you know what I mean.
Also really really don't like corn, on or off the cobb.
Green peas. In elementary school a friend called them "martian turds" and it was over after that. Tried them over and over again as an adult, the taste just does not appeal to me. And also, so you will all think I'm crazy, I don't like snow peas (the kind you'll find in stir-fry?) because when they come out of the pod, guess what! Green peas!
Celery, yuck, unless cooked into a tasteless mush in soup.
Spinach, raw is delish, cooked is ewwwww and smells like wet dirt to me. Have to mix it into scrambled eggs to choke it down. Also don't like collard/mustard/turnip greens because they taste bitter.
Carrots, cooked or raw, thumbs down.
Now, give me all the cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, lima beans, bell peppers, rutabega and other things ya'll think are nasty and I'll eat like a queen. (Oh, and someone pass the Bean-o

)
