Sounds like a mad weekend!

I've just been looking up pictures of sweat rash You get some horrible looking stuff on the net! I've decided I've not got sweat rash, but something else... I can't decide what! I've got flat red patches between the size of my little finger nail to about the size of a 5p-1p piece - one under my left breast, a couple on my back (which I thought were midge bites a few days ago) one in the crease of my thigh and hip and one near my waist. I think it's just my clothes rubbing when I was running, but I'll have to see. I have some odd sun-induced marks on my right arm too, but I've had them before! They're not at all itchy. Just THERE!

That was a good appetite suppresant anyways!

Did anyone watch BBC3 last night? The 34 stone teenager. She had surgery... I hope it works out for her long term.

Yes, I watched it - very, very sad. I hope it works out for her, too.

She seemed to have a lot of support from her family and friends and the people at the hospital seemed nice as well - but she did seem a bit disappointed at the end. I don't know how fast you are supposed to lose weight after that kind of surgery, but 4st in 4 months didn't seem to make her happy.

Frus, heat/sweat rash is incredibly itchy. If it carries on spreading then you probably need to see your doctor.

I went to the dentist - I may never eat again.

Hello all. I went to the doctor today, well sort of, I saw the nurse. I still have asthma It always makes me giggle, the old asthma check up every three months. Not sure what's meant to happen in three months, I've had it since I was a baby. Anyhoo the nurse was lovely, and a bit in awe of the ole exercise regime!

Not much to report in. I've sold more fat clothes, which has subsidised some evening dress purchases!

Now I have loads of packing to do!

My first sale is up on e-bay! I might make some money!

Oh and BfL is making me TIRED I thought I could do 2 BfL workouts in the day... Well I struggled just doing kickboxing! Today is HIIT - my knees hurt from stupid spinny things, so I will be running on grass at lunch. I'm quite pleased, that's all I have on the exercise schedule today! It's an easy day! We're going out for din dins tonight - more chicken salad methinks!

Hi all,

well here I sit, surrounded by boxes on Cape Cod. We arrived Sunday after a drive across the USA and it was raining, actually started raining in NJ and kept up to here while driving.

Our furniture arrived at eight Monday morning, it was P*$$ing down, so I have some damp boxes although they did wait until it lightened up to run in with couches and such.

I have no clue where we're going to put all this stuff that we've collected over the past 20 years....it's our wedding anniversary today, well done MR. for putting up with me all these years

I reckon as I unpack some of the stuff, I'll be packing it in another box and putting it in the garage, plenty of storage space in there. I don't have half the room in my kitchen for my things like tupperware and pyrex dishes, so have lugged it all down into the laundry room and put it on a shelf...seemed like a good idea at the ime, and I figure it'll be good exercise running up and down the stairs to get containers for leftovers and guff.

Today it's the bedroom workout...get your minds out of the gutters FCUKer's, I have six HUGE boxes in there of clothes to put away and find the lamps and other articles that have lived in that room for years...already had to buy new lampshades for the lamps as discovered them yesterday and they're crushed to smithereens....quite a few bits got broken too, furniture wise, couldn't be the old stuff we've had over 20 years could it, no, has to be stuff I bought in the past two...even my lovely new lazyboy couch I bought in April...no feet....where did they go?
Sorry, I'm ranting here....bit overwhelmed with the boxes, tired and grumpy. All done now.

Sarah, hope you're doing ok with the tootypegs, are you having them all out now due to the gum disease? Your dinner sounded lovely for your OH boss by the way... apart from the boss lady...

Frus, you sound like you're a busy woman with all that exercise and roughness, check out psorrosis...I know it's spekt wrong, but you could have a touch of that rather than a rash, it's easily brought on by stress in people and can appear anywhere on the body, let me try and sound it out, rather than spell it.... sor-i-a-sis...but I know it does begin with a 'p'.

Ky, they do that with my daughter's check ups too, for her asthma, although they do say in your teens you can outgrow it...but it makes me laugh when they talk like they're surprised that she is stil an asthmatic

Ok, I hear the boxes calling from upstairs...take care all.

Brit - I did look up psoriasis, but that says it's "scaly". It's really odd - on a thread about something entirely different jillybean mentioned some roscea rash that she had when she was a teenager. I looked up pictures and it looks a lot like that. I'll mosey on down to the walk-in clinic at the weekend if it's still there or worse!

Do have a good time with your boxes When Mum and Dad moved house... Well 10 years ago - they still have stuff in boxes

Sarah Ann - Oh asnd anyone else who gets infested by Chavs!

The word for such an infestation is Chavalanche!

I was reading a local column on Brighton and the guy writing it was sitting somewhere quietly enjoying a picnic when there was a Chavalanche as he called it of shell suited types who said they were going to spoil his fun as they had booked a barbecue where he was sittign. He had finished his picnic and decided anyway to go as he watched then get out 144 'value' rolls for their 'value' hotdogs etc etc.....

The word just tickled me cos it is rather fitting isn;t it??!

I'd say six weeks, for wound healing.

Plenty of time for you to get a belt or two further ahead
