Yes - we rent our DVDs from the Sainsburys DVD website and it arrived this morning. Just finished it and it made me cry!

Delia's chicken thing is in the oven on low and I know it smells nice because the dogs won't leave the kitchen - but I can't smell it at all. I'm all shivery so I'm going to go back to bed for an hour. I keep getting attacks of the sneezes but I haven't got a runny nose yet. I'm still hoping I'll fight it off but possibly I'm in denial on that!

I WANT GINGERBREAD MEN

Aiiiiiitchhhhhhhhhhooooooooooooooooo!

Are we going to set ourselves some goals/targets for June? We didn't really get round to doing that in May and its nice to see how everyone is doing. Maybe add in some non scales related targets - don't ask me what - although I'd like to eat less red meat and maybe wear makeup a bit more often. (Current usage: once a year!)

Pizza & gingerbread men! Yummy - but possibly won't fit in with the %age guidelines...

(I haven't got a clue about the breakdown of Delia's dodgy dinner and, right this minute, I just don't care!)

Actually, it's not bad, if I add a protein shake with my left over calories I can even out the %s over the day

I can't do % break downs. my brain doesn't work like that.

I own tape, but it doesn't really do the job, my need more than a bit of sello tape to reign em in.

My ebay auctions are doing well. I have four things on, three sell today.

I'm really tired, it's my last day on this job, we're having a buffet to celebrate, and I have eaten like a

I'm really tired too, I just have to think of one more meal and then I'm off to the supermarket to stock up for the weekend.

Two NSVs since I last posted. Yesterday we were meeting at the client's offices rather than ours, so the project manager from the last project we did came in to say hello. We last saw her in March last year. She was standing next to me chatting away to Joanne and then asked where I was because she genuinely didn't recognise me

And then, the dilemma NSV. I never believed in spending over £200 on a pair of jeans... until I tried some on. I decided to experiment in Harvey Nicks and try on some seven for all mankind jeans. They fit and they weren't even the biggest size they had

Except I can't afford them. Or not if I plan to eat in June...

Homer my budgie died yesterday, he had a respiratory infection... vet gave him an injection but not long after arriving home, he died. I am devastated.
He might've just been a bird, but he was my best friend.

I am so sorry to hear about Hommer

YP- sell some of your fat clothes on Ebay. I just sold 3 things and made £50!!! Then invest the money in your new clothes! I intend to buy a ridiculously expensive pair of jeans when I get to goal!

I got my running pack today. Nice t-shirt, shoulda got the medium - sigh!

And Runners World, now I'm off to and then wrap myself up in paper and envelopes and send my clothing off to the three corners of the UK!!!!

Well done Kyk, be careful now - eBay is addictive. Next thing you know you'll have sold the entire contents of your home.

Just off to take the dogs for their walkies - and its drizzeling. When will this rain EVER stop.

No weight lost this week but I'm not worried - I know I kept to my food plan - maybe I've put on a bit of muscle. Its about time I hit a plateau, its not like me to lose steadily and I thought it was going a bit too well.

That Delia Moroccan chicken with rice (or whatever its called) wasn't very nice - certainly not as nice as her Chicken Basque. I'm doing another one of her recipes tonight - Baked Fish with Tapenade (or something like that) and I'm doing it with garlic and thyme roast sweet potatoes - and (probably) just a green salad. I've had to de-fat the Tapenade bit because it had so much oil in it. I'm trying to get DH interested in eating more fish.... what is the problem that men have with fish?

I got my pack and they sent me the wrong size t-shirt (I never thought I'd be complaining that the medium looked far too big!!!)

5 miles at marathon pace on the treadmill this morning. I prefer to do my weekend runs outside, but it's harder to pace them if I do that so I decided to put the treadmill on a bit of an incline and do it there. I got back to find 2 race packs (one for Blackpool next week and one for London) and Runner's World, so that was a bumper delivery!

I'm cooking myself some soup for lunch and making a lentil salad to take to the rugby with me, then I'll be off to the pub to impart my running wisdom to a load of people who are running to Great North Run and very scared about it!

Ahhhh! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeetttttttt!

I saw a TINY baby deer this morning -still all spotty, like Bambi and a bit unsteady on its legs. I've never seen one so young. I saw its Mum first, she was the other side of a dip which is about 50ft across and down by her side was the baby - so sweet - less than knee high. Luckily the dogs didn't see them and I grabbed their collars and started shouting to get Mum and fawn to go away - after a couple of minutes of staring at this shrieking madwoman they both wandered off.

I just found a picture of a similar one.
