I think anyone who finds their leader to be unhelpful should may be change to another class. Unless you live out in the sticks somewhere there is usually another class somewhere around. There is one nearer me I found out afterwards but I am happy where I am!

This week I lost 1lb. Which was good news as for the last couple of days I ate too much (ben & jerry's, but it's all gone now). The very good news was that I got my one and a half stone award last night.

I'm looking forward to going home for Christmas now as I weigh about the same (or a bit less) as when my family last saw me. I'd hate their first impression to be how much weight I'd put on.

Well done Mini Gem! That Ben & Jerry's is lethal though isn't it. I actually don't buy ice cream now - well all right I admit I only have a (non functioning) ice box now that would be too small, but also I tend to eat it all up at once. Of course that would be my excuse for eating it up as I cannot store it - Oh! what are you doing to me? Leave me alone with your Ben & Jerry's!

Well done Mini Gem. I;ve lost and gained the same few pounds for the last 4 weeks, I need to break this cycle before Christmas.

Ben & Jerrys - sounds like I am missing out on something.

Probably just some extra pounds and a couple more inches around the waist. Can take or leave ice ceam, cheese is another matter ??

I was dreading weigh in today. I had a chinese on saturday night and have eaten over my calorie allowance. However, I was surprised today. I haven't put anything on Although I haven't lost anything either. I really expected to have put weight on so I am quite happy with that. My only aim now is to be in a new stone before christmas.

Well that's great! Better than putting on! I have a feelng as I have bee eating for England that I will definately put on. I will know Monday night!

I started at 13st 12lbs and am now (or was!) about 13st 2. I am happy for any loss and haven't decided on a target weight. I don't want to end up a titless wonder - all scrawny but as soon as I am happy with my weight that'll be it. I am guessig around 9st something is ok for me. It'll be a very long and winding road (with a few stopoffs here and there and backtracking but then I am hopeless at directions!!!!!!!!

I lost 1 pound this week...slightly disappointed as I have worked hard this week and was hoping for a bewtter loss, but at least it is a loss and not staying the same or gaining...I think part of the problem is that I am now 12 stone 1lbs and that 11 stones something is looming close...it is always such a thrill to get into the next stone down, and whenever I am nearing that point I always seem to have a few sticky weeks...never mind, as it has before I will carry on doing just what I have been doing and I will get there eventually

Well done Ali.

Every pound off is a step in the right direction, you will make that new stone in the next couple of weeks, we all know you will.

soz peeps just so overcome at the fact that I have lost an amazing amount of weight this wk. Hubby was watching the scales and looked puzzled. I looked even more puzzled and said that the scales must be wrong because I can't possibly have lost that much in a week. But then the ticket came out and it was there in black and white. I have lost 4lb this wk, and I am so happy because it has also taken me into a new stone. (I wanted to be in a new stone for xmas, that was my only goal). I'm so happy

p.s I didn't lose anything last wk.
