Happens to us all. I have no idea how mine is going to go tomorrow morning. I have moved a lot, but I have over eaten to compensate for it.

a good weigh in for me this morning I lost another 3lbs...and to top it all off I am finally sitting here wearing my Kalvin Klein Jeans...Thats one wish already granted for christmas, you probably remmber a few weeks ago when I bought them and they didn't fit, I said I wanted to be wearing them on christmas day...well I'm in them almost 2 weeks early, hubby is going to have to put his hands in his pocket angain and buy me something else for christmas day. I wonder if he realised how expensive having a slim wife was going to be

Hope everyone elses weigh in goes well and that you all have a great weekend

Ali

I didn't manage to weigh in this morning. Will need to make sure I get there on Tuesday, just to try and keep myself on the straight and narrow for a short while over the holidays

Yes! Yes! Yes! I lost half a pound! Don't know how. I have been eating complete cr*p and have the spots to prove it (I am the oldest teenager I know!).

Well we all had a lovely time at my branch of SW.
The drink flowed and there were some nibbles (not all low sin) but we enjoyed ourselves. I had 2 bacardi and cokes -I topped up with more coke. I only really drink Christmas time so that was good for me.

Thanks Teel! I really thought I would have gained 3lb and I think it is my star week as well (period) so not bad. Of course Christmas is marching around or rather galloping around the corner.....

Well, I haven't posted on this thread in a while. The week before last I maintained, so there was nothing to report. Last week I skipped class (busy with exams). But this week I weighed in at an amazing 5lb loss for the fortnight!!

I really can't believe this because I've been off my diet more than on it. Perhaps I worked off lots of extra calories being nervous?! Exams are over now, so I only have Christmas to enjoy, and I hope I continue eating badly and losing weight!

Well looks like I found the weight you thought you would gain peacock, I gained 3lbs. Am not surprised I have been eating pure rubbish and when I have been eating healthly food I have eaten far too much of it for it too be good for me.

When I got to the scales, Gail asked me how I was doing and I just said "well I'm here" and she just smiled and said that a gain has to be expected at this time of year. Made me a feel a bit more determined to maintain my weight over the holidays.

Well done peacock and mini gem.
