I too have very few clothes that fit me. My work ones are passable but only have 2 shirts I like to wear, need to go for a rake around the charity shops to find a third one so I can alternate them throughout the week. But I am determined not to buy any more clothes at size 20. A friend gave me some of her large clothes, all a size 18 - she is taller than me and although we started out thsi journey weighing the same was always a couple of sizing smaller - as the weight had further to distribute - totally unfair. I mean I'm 5' 4.5" - not exactly a midget, but reckon she must be about 5' 9" or 10". Definately a case of me not over weight but under tall

going to have a lazy day, but will fit in a walk this afternoon. Gotta get this exercise back into my daily routine. I will need to spend some time planning my workouts for the week, as if I don't plan I'll just stay in bed if I have to make a decision at that time of the morning about what I am going to do

so hopefully soon I'll be in a size six, which sounds great, but isn't really cos all the skinny's wear a size two in clothes so their knicker sizes must be minus something?
