You're off to a great start Antari! When I used to go along to the meetings I used to love getting the stickers and sticking them onto my book Cherry, you're doing really well too, you must both be really chuffed!

I'm just hoping for a change this week - I've been the same weight for three weeks on the trot, I think I'd even be happy to gain, just so long as I saw a different numbe on the scales

Those noodles sound lovely, I'm going to have to go scouting for them too!

Bits - I'm crossing my fingers for you - i'm sure you will lose this week!!

Antari - well done!!

I'm sure I've seen those noodles in Morrisons - I'll check tomorrow.

I had some of the frozen Morrisons mash, swede and carrots (5 syns for the whole bag!) for tea with some veggies and gravy (2 syns) it was lovely. I am feeling nibbly tonight so am munching on some grapes. I think i'll have a red day tomorrow. I fancy some fish in sauce.

Scottie,

Your using fit day? I find it all so confusing..what exactly is a cup? I remember trying to log in the food after measuring it and it says like one serving=1 cup..could you clarify this for me? Thanks in advance.

I had a small gain last night (1/2 pound) and feeling a bit deflated. i know it's not much, but i've been so dedicated.

I'm going to give 110% this week! But am already craving chocolate.
