Afternoon ladies,
MRI's... I had one a few years back, I've had two and didn't like either of them, the first one was in England at Adenbrooks and I felt really alone so decided I would hum to myself which made the time pass, however, I started singing Christmas tunes as it was coming up to Christmas and when they got me out, they applauded me for cheering them up, I didn't realise they could all hear me in their lilttle booth, it was rather embarrassing to say the least.

The second one I had done, I had to remove my belly button ring and was terrified I wouldn't get it back in, but I did, and that time I didn't sing, just had horrible thoughts about a fire starting and them not getting me before they all rushed out of a burning building.
Sarah, sounds like you'll be finding your way around the post office in no time my woman, hope you're enjoying yourself...must be nice to have all the village people popping in and out and all the nice village intereaction.

At the thought of your hubs in his two layers of thermals, why is it our men don't find themselves funny when we're hysterical at them...I'm always chuckling at Dave, I've only just recently got him wearing colour co-ordinated jumpers, shirts, trousers and shirts...socks too...poor man has no sense of fashion...as both kids pointed out to him in a long ago Christmas picture we found where he's wearing a reindeer jumper
Helen, well done on your race, hope they get their numbers sorted for you soon and you enjoy getting your telly's back... my Mum is a bugger with the telly, she'll put it on and walk away and if you change the channel, she yells from where ever she is, that she was watching that... she used to be able to watch Crossroads years back when she was doing all her marking and stuff for her teacher work....she would be in the dining room with a wall and two closed doors between her and the telly in the lounge, but she was watching it......bless.
Michelle, hope your mum gets her appointment soon and they sort out that leg, bless your Dad and his comments...that's definitely true love I say. My Dad didn't really notice things about my Mum that we all did, but he noticed what he should...he was in love with her and her with him until he died.
Lou, do you have a starting date? And was it a funeral yesterday?
CG, so can you return to exercising and such? Sounds like you're basically on your own with this one then... what did you get in TJ? And what did you have for lunch with hubs?
It was Hannah's birthday yesterday, and the school nurse sent her home at half past eight, and told me I needed to take her to the doctors, so I made an appointment and got one last night, tomorrow I have to take her to have blood work done...she's not happy about it, but I need to have it done too, so we'll go together, she's still not feeling right, so I kept her off today, and hopefully the meds the doc gave which she starts tonight will help sort her out...got your card CG....she says thanks
Jen, that bite sounds nasty, far too big for bed bugs though, they are like little fleabites apparently and bloody itchy, glad yours is going down and that you're able to bend your body parts again. Keep an eye on it though
RSG, get your three pairs of wooly knickers out for Friday luv, the weather says with the wind chill it's going to be minus 10 to minus 20 degrees outiside!!! I shall be going nowhere, I shall stay in my bed...and whinge a lot....I don't like this cold... although our little layer of snow does look nice.
Ok, best go sort some dinner out....take care all, keep warm.
