Hi girls!!!....I'M BAACK!!!! from vacation that is!!! I had a great time although we ran out of time....we had sooo much we had wanted to do and the time just flew by. The driving time went well, we divided the first day for the 12 hr and the second day for the 6 hrs. Thank goodness for all the electronic gadgets the boys had. Also proud to say they also read 3-4 books each. Family is all good and boy have they grown, the boys cousins that is..... , one little one was only 3 months old last time we were there and now he is almost 4.5 yo !!! Can't believe he's walking and talking!!! I def. wasn't OP but didn't do too badly either....I tried to balance it all out with occasional desserts added in. I won't weigh in for a little while though, as TOM is here. (blech...) I'll read up all the posts and get caught up later.....NICE TO BE BACK!!

Another living person! We'd given up hope that anyone else existed!

Glad to see that your vacation went so well and you had such a good time. I know there are family members I probably wouldn't recognize now either as it's been so long since I've seen them. Some probably as long as 20+ years ago. I know... that's bad!

Well, there's always tomorrow with your diet! You can do it!

Hello ladies! How are we? Things are odd here. I got sick about a month back and never got back on track. The odd thing is I'm still losing weight. I'm not eating right at all...and I haven't been to the gym in a month...yet here I am still losing. Hope you're all doing well.

Thanks Linda! I'm still trying to get back with it...went for a walk yesterday morning with a couple ladies from down the street (one of them just had hip replacement surgery 4 weeks ago). It was a slow paced walk but a walk just the same. I'm having a hard time doing anything lately because we've been hitting 106 regularly...I know it's no excuse but it works for me.

This board has all but died lately. Where is everyone?

I've started walking too myself on the treadmill. I would much rather walk outdoors at night but can't find anyone to walk with me. Plus sometimes my life is so crazy that I can't walk at the college track. The street I live on is way too busy.

I weighed in last night and have lost 2.8 pounds. I was so glad too since I had a .4 gain and I maintained one week. I think I've discovered that eating the frozen dinners is my problem. Last week I ate sandwiches and other cooked foods.

I started a thread on intuitive eating and no one is posting now. I think I will keep posting for awhile to see if anyone comes back.
