Doing better on the workouts...I am feeling better but we're at Disney so the food is not so hot...I am aiming for soup and salad tonight!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I did ok, not as good as I wanted. A big fat 0 for Saturday...but that didn't stop me from losing 2 lbs this week. Yay!! for me!

Sarah-I don't know if your at Disney still, but stay strong. Remember the bad food doesnt taste as good as the sweet taste of success.

Sandra-good job on the 1.6lb weight loss. keep it up and your bound to lose more.

ToFat-that's freakin awesome about your BMI. I bet it is such a wonderful feeling. Good job and keep it up.

As for everybody else, let's keep it up and keep each otehr motivated. HAve a good day girlies!

Hi guys~
I have to share this. I had an absolute awful weekend at work. VERY stressful. (Most of you know I'm an RN and work on a locked psychiatric unit at a hospital). Anyway, both days were horrendous (SP??) BUT I found myself driving home last night thinking I wanted to go to the gym to work out my frustrations instead of going home to collapse on the couch or cry or open the bar (hee hee). Hmmmm.....maybe this workout thing could be for me afterall??

Now, I must admit I didn't go to the gym because DH & DD had dinner ready when I got home so I ate instead (healthy though) and cuddled with my family.

I was so impressed though that the thought of working out even entered my head AND sounded like a good idea. Seems like I'm headed in the right direction.

Good for you Sandra. You know you've made it when want to excercise to blow off some steam rather than pig out on Ben & Jerry's. It's a tough journey there and I'm glad you made it.

I could of used your willpower this week. Man troubles...ugh! I ate some things I shouldn't have because I was stressed. I hate that!!!

By the way, can someone please tell me what NSV means??? thanks

We're still at Disney I am doing good today. I walked for more than 3 hours today! ANd I had a healthy breakie and lunch too! DInner who knows but I am starving!

I can't weigh since I am away but I will WI on Thursday and see where I am.

Rosario......NSV means....non scale victory. In other words, other things that you notice you've lost weight by. wooohooo....here's to more NSV's!!!

It seems I also had some carb trouble this weekend, thanks to TOM arriving 3 days early (whats up with that? ) I was a carboholic. Today is a bright new day and so far so good.....knock wood. The temp here today is CRAZY....so warm, almost 60F that I'm going to go for a nice long walk after lunch. Gotta get those excercise pts you know!!!
