Hi, everyone is doing so well! I had a few too many sweets last week and only lost a pound. A pound is good but I was hoping for 2 or 3. My goal for this week is to eat NO SWEETS. Maybe a SF/FF Jello if I get a craving.
I just worked out for 1 hour and 25mins!!! Whoo HOO!!! I feel the burn!! I feel the Burn!!
I'm going to be real sore tomorrow

Are you getting the workout high? I love that feeling. Yesterday I actually worked out just for a little bit of that feeling I did an hour of step/intervals today. It was a good workout but not my favorite. I went over to my neighbors and she loaned me about 10 workout videos to try That should keep me busy when I can't make it to the gym.
I'm doing "sweating to the oldies" tomorrow for fun!! I've never tried that tape!! Mom had it hidden away for years and I found it!!
Anyway ladies,I'm cutting out of here a little early tonight! I'm going to cuddle up with Ryan and watch some cartoons for awhile before he has to go to bed!

I'm having a rather lazy day. I got the boys off to school and did a little house work, nothing much though. I just made some ww's cheesey veggie soup, so that is good. I've been thinking about my foods and I need to lower my carbs and increase my fibre somewhat. I've been getting discouraged about doing all the right things and the scale not moving.....BUT.....this morning I found my measurements at the start of all this,(summer'05) and between then and now.....** drumroll**.....I'VE LOST 31 INCHES!!! OMG....I couldn't believe it, YES!!! I mean I know I'm now into smaller clothes, but to actually see losing 2" off my arms, 5" off my hips....etc etc. WOW!!!

Just about to put Ryan down for a nap so I can sweat to the oldies and do my ab workout!I hope he sleeps awhile because I really want to get the exercise done and out of the way so I'm not up till 2AM trying to get my 8 points!! HAHA!

Do you think flannel jammies will be to hot to work out in????LOL!!! Guess I'll be finding out! I only have 6.5 points and am determined to get to 8! I have a bad headache but I will have to suffer through!

Well,I did it! actually I have 10 mins on the bike ahead of me still,but I'm scared I won't be able to walk tomorrow! LOL!MY LEGS ARE KILLING ME!!!!

Good morning!!! I'm hoping to rack up the points today. I've got my favorite spinning class in a few hours. I'm not sure how it will go since I did a boxing workout yesterday and my calves are THROBBING from all the jumping rope. Oh well, just gotta try.
ANGEL EYES-You are my inspiration! I'm so excited for you on the inches gone. I thought I was doing good with just over 20". Keep it up. Those inches really help keep my spirit up when the scale isn't moving.
Regarding the underwear rolling down, I have a NSV of a very weird kind. My undies are getting a little to loose, and during some of the more JUMPY aerobic classes they start to fall down. Thank goodness its an all women gym cuz I'm sure I look crazy trying not to stop what I'm doing, and keep my undies where they belong!
Hi guys, hope your day is point filled. I just got my turbo jam dvds so I threw one in and had a great time trying it out. That on top of my spinning class puts me at my highest point value yet, and the day is not over!!!!
