Anyone else doing WW and/or Curves? I'm doing both and loving it!! I can't believe I'm actually saying this, but I love to exercise!! I would never have believed it a month ago.

I had a great day yesterday and am on plan for a pretty good day today too ... just one little blip ... I work in a primary school and today one of the little kiddies brought in some Valentine's Day heart cookies that he had made for everyone ... How can you say no thanks to a six year old? ... So I ate it! Have counted the calories in for today though so hopefully it won't do any damage
Hi all just wanted to get in on the chat. I didn't get on here yesterday because I was crabie. I just wanted to eat anything but I didn't which was really good and I was tired went to sleep early last night. I am feeling much better today. I plan on getting some exercise in today to get my points up. I will check in later to see what everyone is been up too.
I think we have to set the meals to a maximum of 3 a day. I realize that some of us eat 5-6 smaller meals a day but to make it fair to everyone this is how it has to be Please edit your posted to make the corrections and really sorry for the inconveniance.
Today has been a busy day and is going to get alot busier for me so I won't be around much this afternoon,take care and have fun!!

Hey, guys!! I just wanted to check in. Everyone's doing so great!! I'm proud of us all! I'm at 3pts so far....Still have to go exercise and still have to eat dinner. I think this is going to be a good day yay!!

I never made it to the gym this morning so I'm thinking maybe a family walk after dinner. It's pretty darn cold out there but it certainly won't kill us. I really want to do some form of exercise so I can get some points!!!
DH and I are making a new recipe tonight, low fat, high fiber so we'll see how that goes...wish us luck!! He doesn't need to lose weight but he's all into eating healthy so that makes it easier on me. It's a stir fry pork with snow peas in a citrus soy sauce. Mmmm.
