Hi Girls! Doing pretty good today! Got some cleaning done and some exercise done! And have had 2 great healthy meals and 1 good snack so far!

Morning, I had a bad eating day yesterday what with my sis's birthday. (She is doing lots better today thanks to some meds. She needs to see a Dr. about getting an MRI. Chiropractor didn't do anything.) I enjoyed my first sweets since the new year. Had a piece of birthday cake which I refuse to feel to guilty over. (but also ate 2 delicious 7 layer cookies!) Oh well. It was a special occasion, and today is a BRAND NEW DAY!!!

Anyways, hope you all are good, heal up fast to those who are sick. I'm off to work here in a little bit (I'm a church organist.) Not sure what's on the agenda today other than getting back to a better eating day.

Good Morning!!

tofat......good to hear that you're sister has some meds to help her. OUCH!! been there done that!! She got NO relief from the chiro? thats too bad.

Not sure how I'm going to get my run in today....the gym I go to is closed on Sundays!! I have it in my head () to run a 5k race in early April and I downloaded a novice training schedule, and today is supposed to be 1.75 mile run. Problem being.....its like -5F with the wind chill !!!! CRAZY!!!! Ds is going to a rollerskating party, dare I strap some on and try to stand up and get some cardio that way?? Doesn't sound safe to me!!!

HI! I guess some of us are taking a rest day today!! I know I am! I snuck a peek at the scale today and got discouraged,haven't lost any weight so I def. Have to pick up the pace next week! Today will consist of eating properly and that's about it!Getting myself rested up for tomorrow!

Can every one fill in their weekly tomorrow AM!! I will be keeping track of it on paper here for us! I will ask one of the girls from DYP to do the same!


WEEK#2!!! this week is going to ROCK!!! I'm doing a minimum of 8 points all week and I hope to be down 2-3lbs by the following Monday!

KEEP GOING GIRLS!! YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!

Hi ladies~
I won't be getting any exercise today....it's only 15 degrees, feels like 4 degrees with the wind chill. So I've been busting my butt and sweating like crazy cleaning my house. That's gotta count for something, huh?

Anyway, I'll try to eat good and drink that water anyway!! Have a great day.

Well, I've just added up my total points for last week ... I must say that I didn't earn as many as I was hoping! Had a bit of a heavy social weekend which didn't help ... too much of this ... and too much of this I promise to try harder this week!

Good morning and welcome to week 2.

Butter ball and Jelynn-YOU DID AWESOME on your loses!!!!! (Sorry to anyone that lost who I haven't mentioned, I just skimmed the posts to see who had updated)

I will post later this morning/about noon with my measurements/weight after I go to the gym and do all that. I'm doing a floor aerobics class this morning. I like the class, but haven't been there in a week or 2. Hope I can still keep up.

Good luck with the weigh ins everyone! I know you have all worked hard this week, so that makes us all winners!!

ON TO WEEK #2. EVERYONE HAS BEEN DOING GREAT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND LETS LOSE SOME LBS. AND INCHES.

I LOST 2 INCHES LAST WEEK-1 OFF MY WAIST AND 1 OFF MY THIGHS. WHAT A RELIEF! I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA GET NOTHING OUT OF THIS WEEK SINCE I WASN'T REALLY AS STRICT AS I WANTED TO BE. I NEED TO DEFINITELY "KICK IT UP A NOTCH" THIS WEEK. I AM DETERMINED TO DO SO.

I HAVE A NEW MINI GOAL. TO FIT COMFORTABLY INTO A MINISKIRT THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIT INTO IN 2 YEARS, BY MY BIRTHDAY. (IT'S A SIZE 18, i'M CURRENTLY 22/24) AND BY COMFORTABLY I MEAN NOT SNUG, AND I DON'T HAVE TO WEAR A SWEATER TO COVER SOME BULGES. LOL GUESS I'M GONNA HAVE TO BE DOING MORE OF THIS TO BE MORE OF THIS !!

HELLO!!! Wow,we all did great last week!!! Yet,for me It's time to kick it up a notch!!!already at 2 points today,and I just got up not long ago!!! I did 20 mins on the bike and had a protein shake for breaky with 1/2 banana in it,YUMMY!!!
ButterballNoMore~if you lost any weight and/or inches this week you add it to your final weeks total! Every inch and pound is 2 points!

Wendy.....thanks so much for updating the weekly results!!! My chart is all up to date. I had a great week but the scale is holding on to everything!!!...just a maintain for me. This week I hope to see a "WHOOSH". Have a great day everyone!!!
