keep pluggin.....its ok to switch but only every 7 days. you can do it! im right here next to ya go for it and congrats on the 4 1/2! 1 lb= 4 lbs resistance on your bod so 4 lbs is a big diff

Hey you two, my internet was down for like a day and a half or something, crappity-crap!!!!
You guys are pluggin away at it, good job.
A, I hope the bvraces are good soon!!!!!!
I dont think I will make the challenge, I am up a half a pound from two days ago, that is how my . gets me every month. Also my lunch (lean pocket) was too spicey yest. so I was a vicitm of the vending machine at work.... not so good..
Have a great day all, hoping to get to the gym tomorrow, havent been since last Friday!!! Trynig to figur out when to fit it in, and still see my gorgeous little boy!!!!

Down a pound to 239 this morning YAY Just might make that it Only half a pound to go

Tara~Yeah AF sucks......You got the snack attack that AF seems to bring with her each month over with as well. YOu did great with staying on track with AF being here ...she will be gone soon and hopefully the pound she gave ya as a departing gift

lorra thanks funny you should wish that bc i know where 1/2 of your pound went.....lol. needless to say im a lil p/o but im trying to forget it and hope that tomm on my official day that its gone plus a lil more. could be bc im having bathroom issues again.
its cruddy here. its supposed to clear but who knows?

mornin ladies! hows it goin? whatcha up to? not much over here. im very tired today and it will rain on and off.
i am bk dn 1/4 from yest but still up 1/4, which leaves me w a 1 lb loss for the week. not much but ill take it. its still about 2 lbs more than i wanted to be by now. oh well:

I'm up 1/2 a pound too. Dh wanted to order pizza last night and I guess I over did it a little. Going to up the exercise and see if I can still get that one pound off by Monday......Can't give up yet ladies

hey lorra!
dont sweat it its just water from the salt in the pizza.....thats why i gain every weekend too bc i eat pizza on sunday nights. you didnt od it unless you had more than 2. did you? do you blot the grease first? it lowers the pt value. btw: 2 sl=12 points

I didn't blot ..will remember that next time. It was thin crust and I had six small squares I found a points for restaurants site and figure out it to be 5 points per 1/8 of a pizza so 15 for everything....WOW thats a lot I know but I didn't blow it to bad last night.

hey guys

good for you lorra yeah i 1x read that blotting it dry cuts 5-10g fat off per slice. tonight i will have some. might go to pizza hut so theres no leftovers(personal size)
im so sick of this rain!

I am up this morning, so there you go, I have to figure out how to fit the gym into my new lifestyle (workin woman...) I love it I have been singin that song for 2 weeks......

Andrea- how was your weekend?

Tara- I would say fit a small workout in whenever you can if finding time to go to the gym is a problem. Maybe take the baby for a walk....if you do it before naptime you bring home a sleeping baby.

mornin ladies!

how goes it? my weekend was ok it rained all weekend and its raining today...yuck. im up 1/2 too im shocked it wasnt more bc i didnt work out nearly as much. am hoping i wont yo-yo this week the way i did last week. i still cant figure out why. it was like no weekend gain, dn 3/4, up 1/2 dn, up, dn.

tara- you can balance it i know you can! lorra gave great suggestions. i guess ill be swimmin indoors again tonight.
lorra, new week new 1 lb challenge go for it!

woohoo......down to 238 Lost the half pound I gained and another pound I will go for another pound by Monday

We've been getting a lot of rain this week as well Andrea. We have a hurricane coming for us too My inlaws are flying out Friday for Ohio..well I should say trying to fly out Friday if their plane isn't cancelled

congrats wtg!!!! im dn a lb also which leaves me 1/4 abve where i left off last week. im gonna be attending group meetings sooner than expected i think bc i had a close call yest and barely made it through.

be careful of that hurricane!!

Friday is when we are supposed to start getting the affects of the storm. If you guys don't hear from me for a while after it's probably because our power is out....and could be a week or two before they fix it.
