Well I have walked 70 minutes today, went to curves and spent about 20 minutes pulling weeds. I am giving fittv a shot this afternoon, if I have any gas leftLOL kickboxing. So for today I am up to 14 points, just in activity/exercise alone!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, heres the thing: somehow i threw my back out today and its killing me. i went in the pool but was only able to work my aquabells and deep water walking. which is funny bcon land i cant even stand straight. im goin nuts!
WAY to go Tara....you made me tired just reading what you did today. All I did today was go to store. Got some core foods in the house TONS of fruit....getting all the laundry done from the trip ...tomorrow got to get the house back up to standards hehe Today I was just in butt dragging mode. Friday night at the hotel I got 2 hours of sleep...IF THAT...my daughters friend didn't sleep ALL night and the noise she was making kept me up. Don't think my body has yet recovered from that

ok so my goal is to work around the pain, not quit bc of it and i did manage to bike 20 mins, and do my arm weight routine minus the verticl chest press and abs.
im hoping to be able to deep water walk in my belt like yest..... i will not give up!!

Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat, firm silken tofu (4 ounces)
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons white (shiro) miso (see Ingredient Note)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 clove garlic, crushed and peeled
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Thin with more water, if desired.

Miso: Made from fermented soybeans, miso is a common ingredient in Japanese cooking. There are different types of miso, in shades ranging from white and yellow to reddish brown and dark brown. Miso is available at health-food stores and Japanese markets.
