    i fell off BT... i think maybe lorra can relate to this: im so dam depressed that the meds do nothing. she wont gimmie any t3 and t4 for got the name but she wont goimme any diet pills either bc of the anx thing. im like im sorry but i would prefer somebody do something to help me BF I end up hurting myself my hrs and i mean hrs of exercise!(basically like BL onl;y w/o the losses) my mom keeps tellin me its not normal and im like no its not but neither is a freaking goiter. i would kill to lose 2 lbs a week on only 7 hrs of workouts a week!
  • Yes, I can relate. I can go weeks and not lose a pound. Could be all the exercise your doing. Your firming up and fat weighs less. I lose a lot a first then it goes slower and slower although i can get a surprise and lose 4 after a couple weeks of nothing. I haven't been taking my meds regularly. I know I should be....... with the dieting the dose I'm at doesn't let me lose. It's harder to gain but SUPER hard to lose ...weird I know I know if i tell the Dr she will just say get back on and go for another 6 weeks then we will try to adjust ..I don't want to wait that long...let me get some weight off then we will adjust. My RE will want to see my numbers anyway ..I will have to have good numbers or he will not try treat me...Maybe you could try a different diet my body seems to get use to one so I switch to low carb for a while once weight slows down back to WW I go...haven't stuck to diet long enough to do that in a while but it does work. Don't give up Andrea just try to hang tight a week or so and you could start losing again. I'm not sure about that 7 hours of exercise the doctor isn't thinking your pushing to hard you don't want to hurt yourself.

    thanks lorra i cant survive on low carb i need my carbs. today is day 3 no meds i think. im just sick of all of this....
  • You don't have to do it forever. Just for a week or even two three days and see if the scale starts to move.

    Turns out DD's did brake her arm...her elbow actually the first Xray wasn't far enough back for them to see it. They were talking about screws and surgery so I'm FREAKING OUT. I wish I could take her place She did get some pain meds at the ER today

  • She is doing good for as much pain the ER DR said she was in. I'm really hoping there will be no surgery ...she has been in enough pain already

  • Thanks, If i can't join this late in the game. I would sure like the company. I weigh in at 231 and really blew it this weekend I think its because I frustrated over my feet and legs. They are a mess can't walk right now so it is discouraging. If I can join you guys just to chat will help.

    well it looks like ill be attending ww thurs and sat mornings. not sure which one ill wi yet but ill prob have to wi initially on thur bc my membership expired. i overdid it so much last night that im literally too sick to eat.

    Angee here...I hope you don't mind me joining in your forum. I know T from Curves and she was talking about this website and it sounded like a lot of fun. At work I'm supporting everyone else and trying to help them reach their goals as well as my own so I thought it would be great to have a support system such as yourselves to vent to . I hope you don't mind.
    I'm 25 with no children but have pets and a wonderful partner who thankfully is doing the whole weight loss thing with me and is very supportive. I have lost a significant amount of weight already but moved to vermont a little over a year ago and gained about 40 lbs of it back unfortuantly it's been so hard to get back on track but I finally have gotten back on the wagon and I'll be darned if I fall off and get hit again! I'm focused and motivated now just can't wait to see the results. I started back on plan last Thursday and have done well so far. I weigh in tomorrow to find out if I've lost anything but I know if I haven't at least I'm back on track and am on my way to being healthy again and thats the most important for me.

    I dvr the biggest loser and finally got to watch it last night. I just love that show. Helps to motivate me but I was bummed to see Jillian wasn't around anymore. What's up with that?

    Anyhoo I've just about wrote a book here. I'm glad to have found this place and look forward to getting to know everyone better. Once I figure out my way around I'll be doing good. This forum thing is different then anything else I've been on online.
