mornin ladies whats up? im flabergasted.... i snuck an unplanned extra 1/2 slice last night and didnt gain any more than my usual weekend 1/2.

Well I enjoyeed some very naughty peanut butter last night and weighed in this am at 203, so not bad.
I start work today, at the Eagle Times, I am very excited!!!!

you got the job tara? awesome!!!! sendin ya good luck on ya first day!!! i love pb!!! i cant do w/o it its one of my saturday treats i make a pbj light bread low sugar jelly. im still up 1/4 no biggie. my period ios here now too.

well it was a good first day, they were so busy they gave me a deska nd a pile and said here ya go!!!!!I went, it was fine, I was able to learn the beginnings of a very complex system and ask for help when I needed it!!!
Also back down to 202.6 this am!!!!

dont know what your wt goals are but it soinds like you were happy w the scale today
im dn 3/4 which gives me a loss of .6 for the week so far

My goals right now are to get over this platuae (sp) I am not happy with my progress, I am stioll the same size as last year this time, I am going to try biking and see how it goes...

I'm here Just trying to lose those same pounds ...lose gain back and forth. I know I just need to step it up a little so it stays off ....I'm working on it

hey lorra!!!(((((( )))) have you ever tried core? as you can see even w thyroid issues it works. im on week 6 (w 2 days to go) and am dn 12 1/2 lbs!

ive got 2 sets of goals...
the first is the maximum amount i should weigh according to ww which is as of now 6.2 lbs away.

my final goal is still about 30 something lbs away

Wow Andrea great job 12 pounds in 6 weeks
I try to do core. When I send Dh to the store it's hopeless trying to stay on it. I'm doing both when i shop I get core foods when Dh shops I go with flex. I can't blame Ww though I had mcdonalds tuesday and since I though I blew the day I went for ice cream as well Of course Dh shopped this week so no WW ice cream either. I love that Dh shops for me sometimes so I can't complain but maybe next time I will give him a little list What do you usually eat during the week when your on core?

hi lorra! whats up? switching bt plans is fine as long as go 7 days bf switching. also i know easier said, but if you 'blow it' at one meal dont let the rest of the day go...im finding out immediate recovery is the key.
im a picky eater but i love fruits like strawbertries grapes watermelon and pinneapple and i fill up on those along w shredded wheat, fiber one and bran cereal. lunches are usually chicken salad on light rye or egg and ham sandwiches on high fiber wheat. lots of salads w dinner along w red potatoes, wheat pasta veggies and lean beef or chicken. im not a nioght time eater either. i hope some of this helps you....

Everyone says I'm a picky eater as well I love fruit too...Pineapple is my all time favorite. I do have the bran cereal and eat that in the mornings. I am a night time eater I have to make myself eat breakfast. I don't like wheat bread or rye YUCK. What dressing do you use with your salads? Do you drink soda or tea or just water? I've been doing pretty good with the water. Every now and then I have a diet soda. Way to go on the 3/4 down I'm down half a pound.
