wtg lorra! now keep goin!

i use either kraft thou island(low in fat) or i make my own w ff miracle whip, ketchup and pickle juice. i hate diet soda i drink decaff iced tea w lemon and a watered dn version of crystal light lemonade thats bout it for the most part.

ive got a proposal...... what do ya see the 3 of us challene ourselves to lose 2 lbs starting 8-21 and ending 8-28.... whatya say?

mornin ladies!
hi lorra! great! glad to hear ya up for it! we can do it! im actually hoping for 4 lbs in that time but we'll see. CL is free... as for the meat im assuming its lean? im not sure bout a 1/3, but lean protein is 1-2 points per ounce and 4 oz is palm size minus fingers does this help?

well tomm is my brace appt.....please pray nothin goes wrong!

hey guys whats up? im very stressed this guy boptched them too so now i gotta wait bout 10 days.....

What were you blocked from? I WI at 240.5 this morning so my two pounds will put me at 238.5.........

hi guys-
thanks lorra im sorry too the whole thing aint funny anymore i been to 4 brace ppl in 2 yrs and so far literally the same thing happens. the issue w this one was that he didnt start high enough on tyhe leg(most brace ppl start really high bc they know they can cut but cannot add and apparently this one didnt plan it out. im sick of my mom not sticking up for me its a good thing im learning to do it myself bc id be chitted on by these ppl. this guy tried to get me to 'try' what hed done and then he tried toi get me to sign an ins paper i was like no - way on both.

good job on the losses guys!
tara can you do bicep curls at night at the tv? and crunches?

Andrea- that really sucks . They are trying to get you to settle for their sloppy work. Thats seems to happen more and more these days. What are you doing now? What happens in ten days? Do you have to deal with that guy anymore?

Tara- Those few pounds keep coming back to keep you from ONEderland don't they......Do you work weekends you could try and throw in a longer workout?

Do either of you two know how many points are in a med sized Plain white baked potatoe?

thanx lorra yes he was tryin to do that and yeas i kjnow enough to say no! yay me!!

anyhew... in approx. 10 days the second pair will be ready at which time given they are correct length they should be fine n this will all be over!

a 3 oz spud is 1, a 7 oz is 3

you are so right, I am stuck. In all fairness I got my . last night so that could have something to do w/it. I am down to 202.9 this am so I dont know wha tis happening. Have a great day all I am off my rocker.....lolI just mean busy!!!!!

sooooooooooooo close Tara NO gain with AF is a good sign

I have no idea why I got up sooo early I got up two hours before I had to well more like an hour and a half but now it's to late to go back to sleep What was I thinking
