Not much going on here. I'm sooooo stinkin' bloated right now. It sucks. I'm assuming it's from high sodium intake (last night's dinner). At least I hope so. Drinking tons of water, so hopefully it'll go away soon.

VIVA - Sounds like you have a good plan. I keep saying that, and do good for 2 or 3 days, and then I fall off again. I've had a really hard time staying motivated since vacation. *sigh*

I've been having a helluva time staying OP since I gained all of that weight when I went to the beach/San Francisco/Las Vegas back in the fall. It's just SO hard to get back into it. Maybe I need to be hypnotized! Who knows!!!
I have been swamped since I came in the front door. Would you know they actually expect me to work? What's up with that? They have Finance Board Meetings all next week and all the booklets and forms and everything else gets put on my desk to make sure they get copied, stapled, hole punched, color sorted, and collated and anything else their little hearts desire.
I watched HK last night, please remind me when it's on. I actually liked it. Wow some of those people shouldn't even admit that they ever were in a kitchen. I mean I know I can cook for my family and myself, but I would never get in front of a real chef and say I'm good like I'm all that. I also know who got kicked off on both episodes. Would you like to know?
As for WW, WTH is that? I haven't been able to get any kind of control. I have gained officially a total of 10lbs since April. Life sucks and everytime I say this is it; never happens, I go right back to eating the wrong things.
