Morning CHICKIES! :wave: Hope you all had a nice weekend....mine was ok even though I had to work. One good thing though was I lost 3#'s at WI! That brings me to an even 33 lost!
Got everything squared away with the police and dectectives...they will let us know something this week (I think). Still is a scarey situation though. I may be leaving at noon then coming back around 3 or 4 since I have to work tonite....this way I can get to the gym for my workout. Have a lot to do so I guess I better go. Have a good day! |

DUTCHIE - Sorry to hear about your friend. How did physical therapy go on Saturday? VIVA - Where the heck are you? Why do Mondays always get here so quickly?!?! *sigh* Had a good time in the Poconos this weekend. Didn't get to go skiing (we were planning on going Saturday, but then bagged it because of the forecast for rain, but of course it didn't rain *sigh*). Spent some good quality time with the family, ate and drank way too much. I'm so bloated right now, and am up 4 pounds from Thursday's WI. I'm hoping a lot of it is just sodium/water retention, but we'll see. Tonight I'm going out with some GDTers after work...we turned it into a mini-shower for Foxx. We finally get to meet Dylan! Woo hoo!! Alright, I gotta figure out a way to wake up here. Hope you all have a fabulous Monday, and I'll check back in later. |

Hi everyone,
It's been a quiet morning, nothing much happening here. TWIDDLE: I am not going to Physical Therapy anymore. My insurance only covers so much and the rest I have to pay. Unfortuantely, I really can't afford it right now, so it looks like I won't be going. I go back to my Orthopedic on the 31st and I'll see what he says. For now, I'll just keep taking the Celebrex they gave me. That seems to work. ROCKER: Didn't really do much on Saturday. Got my room back in order again. My parents had the whole house painted, including my bedroom, so I had to redo my room. It looks pretty good now. On Sunday, went to church and then we went to my brother's house and celebrated my nephews 2nd birthday. That was a lot of fun. Now it's Monday, and back to the grind again. VIVA: I hope all is well with you. Sounds like you are really busy at work. SPILLIE: We miss you! Can't wait for you to come back! Hope you are having a good time visiting DH. That's really all that's happening here. Nothing too exciting to report. Hope everyone is doing well. That's all for now. Ta for now! |

ROCKER: I wanted to post this earlier, but it wouldn't go through... very strange... I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS again for losing 3 lbs. That's so awesome. I am so happy for you. That really is great. Keep up the great work.

I just got home from work and the grocery store. I got the WW Rye bread to try out. I'll try it out tomorrow for lunch. Yum, can't wait. My Rye bread usually has to have seeds...but this does not. I think I flucked up my knee at the gym....hurts like a mo-fo. :( When I was up in the main office it gave out....luckily I didn't fall all the way down but my boss was there to see everything. G-R-E-A-T.
VIVA: I puffy heart the WW rye bread...you will LOVE it! If you have a Pathmark near you, it's on sale 2 for $5....ROCKER will be heading back to get more before it goes off sale! I'm thinking I might make a grilled cheese with it tonite when I get home! |
Nope, don't have Pathmarks here. It was on sale at the Giant for $2.58 (I think it's regularly $2.87 or something) and I picked up a loaf instead of my regular lite white bread. I'm going to have it tomorrow with honey ham & some sandwich sprinkles - yum!

I got a little pack of the WW chocolate to try...Chocolate Mousse or something...all I gotta say is thank god there were only 2 pieces in there or I seriously would've eaten the WHOLE box...yum.
