Morning Chickies...real quick one from me b/c today's gonna be nuts and needless to say my morning has already been nuts. :(
My weekend was good...Sat I WORKED MY AZZ OFF AT THE GYM. Yes, you read that right: I WORKED MY AZZ OFF AT THE GYM! Yesterday went to the Soul game...wasn't into it at all and was ready to leave by the end of the 3rd quarter...we did end up leaving early and missed the exciting finish. Oh well, I'm still happy we left when we did. Ok, gotta go. SPILLIE-TWIDDLE-VIVA-DUTCHIE: have a great day! |
BREAKFAST:
2c skim milk (4) 1 banana (2) 1 LC roasted veggie pizza (6) 24oz water (0) snack: 1.5c strawberries w/1 WW strawberry yogurt (2pts total) Don't know about the rest of my meals yet! |

PS) **NOTE TO SELF: when going to walk at lunch, be sure to use the ladies room BEFORE leaving the office!!!!!! I was about to burst about 1 lap around the track!

Good for you CHICKIE for walking at lunch time. I only walked to the buffet to get my salad and back.

Good Morning Chicas,
I feel good today, I guess the fact that the weather is so beautiful helps. I made it to the gym last night finally and did my WL for my upper arms and my abdominals plus 30min on the StairMaster so I felt good and slept well. Woke up feeling good about myself as well. I hope I can keep this up. Well really nothing more to report on this end, I just hope all are doing well and staying OP. DUTCHIE so good to *see* you. You only have this week left and then you get to come out with us and play. :carrot: HELLO VIVA, TWIDDLE and CHICKIE. HAVE A GREAT BEAUTIFUL BLESSED DAY!!! |
