Saturday Night

HOwdy All,
Had another busy day! This will be short! I went to the later weigh in. I LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3.5lbs. So my offical WW total is 8 and my unoffical is 14.5(although my signature says 15!

Kidfest was great. There were no lines. LOL The girls had a blast on the inflatable rides. I walked and walked and walked all around the IKON center. LOL I also went back to the garage sale and walked and walked in there too. So my weekend is 1/2 over and I didn't get much done but walking.

I went grocery shopping today. Umm..Petra..I would of loved your grocery bill. Ours keeps going up. I can remember not too many years ago when it was just Dave and I...$50.00 a week was all it took...today we spent $250.00. I bought tons of fruits and veggies. Tomorrow I get to cut them all up. Note to self: don't go to the grocery store hungry again!! Didn't buy any junk food!! YIPPEEEE for me!

I surfed to amazon and bought 2 Richard Simmons videos for $11.00 total. They should be here next week.

Everyone have a great Sunday!

WoW busy thread today :D

ClipClop- I think I am beginning to look at the scale too much, I put it away and found another scale I had that only goes up to 330 and since I still have about 2 pounds to go till I reach 330 I will be off it for a while.

MomX3- Sweets will be the death of me, so when I saw the table my jaw dropped, how could they torture those poor women!! I'm sure they don't have that out all the time though, I didn't join at that time because I was like about 365 then, actually I think I was way more but I couldn't tell cause my scale didn't go up that high, anyway I saw the ladies working out and at that time I felt I needed to go slower. I think I'm ready now though they just opened up a new Y so I'm going to check it out.

Hope you are all sticking to your plan :D I kind of cheated a little but that was my weekend treat :D

AnnieRN 06-05-2005 09:51 AM

Good Morning :coffee:

Well I have some bad news and some good news. We went to Macaroni Grill last night for dinner and I ate wayyyy to much, but the good news is I weighed in this morning and I lost 2 POUNDS! YIPPEE! I realized I can do this, but AGAIN, how darn slow this process is. The scale said 206 exactly. Last week 208 exactly. So I'm losing EXACTLY 2 lbs a week consistently. Not bad, right girls? 2 lbs a week is a good slow steady rate, yeah? I see some of you losing 3, 4, 5 pounds. Perhaps I'll bump down my calorie intake to 1200. I dunno, guess I should be happy with the 6 pounds I've lost so far in 3 weeks.

I just wanted to say to Jennie :bravo: on getting out of your funk. We ALL have days like those. Exercising is probably the best thing to do as it releases "feel-good" chemicals into our body.

Well everyone, I know this is short, but I'm going to clean up a little bit more around the house this morning. It's a beautiful morning here, sunny (for a change) and warm. Talk to you all later.

BTW, I should probably also start taking a MVI. I did the Weight Smart ones a few years ago, and really wasn't all that impressed either. :dz:

Have a good one, ladies!

Louie 06-05-2005 10:48 AM

Good Morning !! Got my :coffee: in hand and am ready to face the day. It is a rather dreary one out there, so good thing I will be inside all day doing homework.

I successfully managed to avoid it yesterday (bad me!), so today I will have to bust my butt. It was nice out yesterday though so glad I took advantage of the weather, got some running around done and took the dog for a walk.

ANNIE ~ yahoo girl !! 2 lbs is great. They say that is the average that you should look to lose each week. While some of us may be losing more than that, our average is probably around the same. You also need to consider our starting weights. The higher it is the quicker we lose it in the beginning. Keep up the great work, you are doing awesome :cb:

MOONRAY ~ I think you will be happy about your choice on the scale. I know for me I have decided that I can do a mid week check but that is it. Although my attitude about the scale will probably change once I have lost all of the weight that I want to. Then I will probably step on it more frequently because I will want to know if there is even the slightest increase so that I can do something about it right away !!

LISA ~ is it hot in here or are you on :flame: 3.5 lbs you go girl :cp: You need to give yourself some flashy flowers in your signature block !

CURLYLOCKS ~ sorry can't help you out with your vitamin question. I just use a generic brand that I get at Costco.

JENNIE ~ glad that you are feeling better after your work out. You got them endorphines moving :jig: Hope you have a great Sunday !

HOTCUPOJAVA ~ hope you had a good evening at the salt mines. How did the dreadmill go... did you go the distance again ?!?!? I am glad that you were able to get back on track so quickly. Kudos :cp:

MOMX3 ~ love the new avatar !! Are you a book worm ?? What do you like to read ?? Any good recommendations ?

Well that's about a wrap for me. Enjoy your Sunday and TTYS !

petra65 06-05-2005 12:22 PM

Congrats to Lisa and Annie for their losses. Annie, 2 lbs a week is great! I know it looks like I lost a lot this week but I gained last week so it really wasn't that much. FitDay says I'm averaging 2.3 lbs per week. It just hasn't been as consistent as yours.

Curlylocks-great link. Very inspirational.

MomX3-love the avatar.

Clipclop-hope you find time for some fun today.

For some reason I felt like a truck ran me over yesterday and didn't get a whole lot accomplished. Even took an afternoon nap! I'm feeling better today. Already got some laundry done, some gardening, cleaned up the dog poop in the back yard (I know, TMI) and took the boys for a nice walk. Kobe may even get his bath today that he didn't get last week.

Talk to you later.

momX3 06-05-2005 12:44 PM

Morning All :coffee2:. Just waiting for someone else to get up so I can exercise. Feeling really tired today.

Clipclop - Yeah, I love books!!!! My mom used to work in a library so she used to check out books for me all the time. Now when I go to a store I have to call her to see if I have read the book or not :dizzy:. I have not been reading much since the baby came because she takes up alot of my time
. When she get older I will get back into it. My oldest daughter is on a Dean Koontz kick right now so I have read a few of those recently. I just bought her the first book in "The Clan of the Cave Bears" series. I loved it when I was her age. One of my all time favorites was the Diana Gabalden series. Anyway I better stop  before I bore you to death.

Annie - Way to go on the 2 lbs :cb:. Don't worry about how much everyone else is losing YOU are doing great for Annie. Everyone lose's at different rates and some of us have more to lose than you. It took me almost 2 weeks to lose my 6 pounds but I could'nt be happier!!! Also don't worry about how much you ate last night. Even though you feel like you ate too much I bet you made better choices than you used to. Am I right???? :D

Curly - I have been taking generic prenatal vitamins from target for 5 years. I started taking them when I was trying to get pregnant and just never stopped. They work well for me :).

Moon - The great thing about curves is that you can work at your own rate. The harder you work the machines the harder your workout is but you don't start out working really hard. I bet the ladies you saw have been going there for awhile. We have ladies that come in that must be in their 70's and they work at a pace that is good for them while the 20 year olds work at a pace that is good for them. I swear I don't work for Curves  and I'm not trying to push you into anything I just want you to find something you can be happy with and WANT to stick with :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Lisa - Great job on the 3.5 lbs gone forever :cp: :cb:. I think you will like your Richard Simmons tapes.

Jennie - Good for you on getting the workout in and feeling better ;). Good Luck on the weigh in :goodscale.

Hotcup - Awesome job on the treadmill :tread:. I know when I do mine I have to try to find something else to do besides stare at the time. It makes time go by so slow. I tell myself I can't look until the song is over or until I think 5 minutes have gone by but that does'nt usually work. I am so weak . Anyway I just want you to know how proud I am of you. You are doing so Great!!!

curlylocks 06-05-2005 05:13 PM

dont know why the background looks black on here cuz its really transparent..

ok the one that opens up when u click on the picture is transparent... lol im talkin to my self!

petra65 06-05-2005 06:52 PM

Good evening ladies. I've had a good day. Kobe finally got his bath. I did some reading on pituitary abnormalities(how exciting!), finished my laundry, and was looking for state parks that allow pets. Surprisingly, quite a few of them allow pets so I may get to take my boys camping at some point. It looks like my activities would be very limited if I took them with me which might be something to consider.

I went over my carb allowance a little today (by 3) but I didn't really make any bad choices. I probably shouldn't have had a snack today or something like that. Hopefully my increased activity level will help compensate for it. Also, I got a lot of fiber in.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

angel-eyes 06-05-2005 07:28 PM

Happy Sunday everyone!! Looks like we've got a great bunch of losers, congratulations to you. My weighin is tommorow so we'll see....I've been fighting the pantry all day and although my choices have been okay, boredom hit and I found myself with constant snack attacks.

Mom......I just LOVE LOVE Diana Galbadon!!! Isn't Jaimie a wonderful character!!! what a man!!! And Jean Auel is my other all time fave writer. I have read and re-read her series. Have you seen the movie with Daryl Hannah? Not bad, usually on very late though on the fx channel so I haven't seen the ending. I am into another writer now, Gilbert Morris. He is a writer who does a minimum of a 5 book series. "The Wakefield Dynasty" was my first series I read (I think there are 8 books) and then many more. You must try to look him up.

Petra.........Hope you can take your dogs with you on your camping trip. We took our dog recently and she had a blast. Most parks frown on dogs walking aimlessly, so I bought one of those leads that attach to a screw in the ground hookup. (??) I'm sure you know what I mean, anyways she loved it as I know your dogs would also. How much is your carb limit? I find I have to limit them also.

~~Sunshine~~ 06-05-2005 08:22 PM

Hello everyone!! Hope all had a great weekend!! Wehad a festival in our town this weekend it was fun!! My oldest son was in the parade. I entered my baby in a baby contest and he won 1st place!!! Woohoo!! Today I went up and seen my sisters new baby! He is so little!! Well keep up all the good work girls!!

Thanks so much Curlylocks for my flowers!!

petra65 06-05-2005 08:40 PM

I'm supposed to stay under 40 net carbs for the day. I try to stay under 35.

looking2lose 06-06-2005 07:41 AM

Good Day All:

I am sooooooo sorry that I have not posted, I have been reading and trying to catch up, but my work PC got a worm in it (and about 350 others in our network), and taking care of our kitty (who I think by the grace of god is getting better), and my 1 cousin graduating, my grandma's knee replacement coming up, my other cousin's fiancee's bridal shower with baby shower combo to boot, helped make funnel cakes this weekend and a county-fair type thing (my mom co-chairs it) so.....there I am with 100 pounds of fatty frying donuts. I only ate 1, so I am really proud of me.

Anywhooo...I am still on track. Now I have lost 10 pounds total. I have been exercising with Richard Simmons everyday, now matter how lazy I feel. I just ordered a new 'Blast Off Mega Mix' which should be coming this week or next.

Sounds like you all doing WONDERFUL :bravo: :grouphug: :ebike: And I am proud of you all.

I will catch up ;) with ALL of you.

WELCOME to the newbies

Hugs to all. Hang in there loves!! TTYS

curlylocks 06-06-2005 07:50 AM

weigh in... nope nothing! tho i am not see- sawing I have stayed exactly the same! Now i am determined to make the dang scale move!!!!!

jennie934 06-06-2005 09:37 AM

Hi ladies, well I got out of my funk on Saturday but still proceeded to sabatoge my WI for sunday. I went over a friends house to hang out and they are all very slim but they eat a lot and it seems like anytime I go over they are having food I don't ussually eat like burgers and fries or in this case, bratwurst, burgers, chips, the whole picnic deal, and beer. WEll I had 2 beers not that bad but since I don't drink, I definatley felt the dehydration the next day and a bratwurst. so my WI was worse than I thought, I gained 1.8  I know I was still working off some of my indescresions from last weekend(this was my first WI since my little out of town trip) but drinking and eating food like that the night before your WI is just not good. :tantrum:

But, I am not letting it get to me. I put my scale away so I won't be weighing my self 10 times a day, and I am going to focus this week on eating the healthy food I had been eating, and working out consistantly. and, I know it will pay off.

I hope eveyone has a good monday. I ready to go back to bed but I know I can't. :p

see ya.
Jennie

momX3 06-06-2005 01:41 PM

Well my knee started hurting a little yesterday and then this morning when I woke up my left side from hip to thigh hurts so I don't know what I did but I don't think I should exercise today :(. I hate that. Actually I guess it's good I'm not happy about it because before it would have been my excuse not to exercise.

Petra - I'm glad Kobe finally got his bath in. Bet you are to ;).

Angel - Yes, Jamie is some "hot stuff". I saw clan of the cave bears movie and it was good but movies are never as good as the books. I am going to check out Gilbert Morris :D. Thanks for the suggestion.

Sunshine - Congrats to you and your baby for 1st place :smug:.

Lookin - Great job on the exercise. I love Richard's tapes. They are more of a workout then you think huh??? Oh, and funnel cakes are my fav. I  them with powdered sugar. I would have given in on them I think. Glad I was not there. :^:

Curlylocks - Maybe you should try mixing it up a little with your exercise. Try something different. I'm :sorry: the scale is not moving for you but good for you on staying :strong:. It will happen!!!

Jennie - Great attitude!!! Don't give up. We all slip but the ones that get back on are the only ones that will make it. :grouphug:

Hope everyone has a terrific monday. ttyl :D

Skysthelimit 06-06-2005 01:43 PM

For everyone just so you know I take Friday and Saturdays off of excercising since it's Dh's weekend and such. We usually do family stuff then.
Anyways Sunday I also didn't do anything mainly because I and the boys went off to my parents for the day. While I was there I stepped on my mom's scale which is just like mine and I found out I lost yet another 5 pounds. So Yay another 5 pounds have gone and now I am 10 pounds lighter.

Today sometime after lunch I'm going to take my walk with the boys since everyone did great last time :).

curlylocks 06-06-2005 03:42 PM

yep I am gonna look into a program that is similar to curves, I found a coupon online for 10 visits for $10

and I have started taking the weight smart one a days, I tried them again on sunday and they didnt make me sick so musta just been a coinsidence on saturday when i took them....

Anywhoo...I have not done this in a long time. Every once in a while I add up all the pounds of all us in our group has lost total... :D :D :D READY>>>>

:cp:

Have a wonderful day gang...Still reading and catching up.
Hugs to all!!! ~L2L~

tomorrow i start aquaerobics (6-7 p.m. tues and thurs). I will let you know wed a.m. how it goes. My nerves are a little racked about wearing a suit in public, but there are only 8 people in the class...we'll see.

Hotcupojava 06-06-2005 04:08 PM

Howdy Y'all

I think I made myself sick this morning. I sat in the sun while drinking my coffee. I'm guessing it was too much sun. I was waiting on my sister, the "Exercise ****" but she was two hours late. I guess I can always blame her (for me getting sick)! I didn't sit in the sun that long. But still, it must have been too much for me. She's here working out now, but I opted to NOT work out today. My stomach hurts so bad. Feels like I've done crunches for days and days and then got kicked by a horse in the belly. Odd feeling. I'll be okay. But I'm debating whether or not to go to TOPS. I don't want people to think that I didn't go because I gained. I think the gain will be at least four (by my scale). Or that this is a psychosomatic illness. It's not like that at all! I just don't feel well. A horrible storm just passed through. Maybe I'll just go, ask to weigh in and be excused because I don't feel well. We'll see. I've got less than an hour to decide. Good luck to you all. I'll be back to posting to you all individually tomorrow afternoon (if my coworker gives me the computer). Have a great (light) evening all.

I just got back from walking with the boys, boy are we tired and very hot  . We walked for about 40 mins since I tried a new route. My stepson like the idea since we got out of the neighborhood, I liked the idea because of this but also because there are no dogs on that route I hate hearing dogs bark makes me mad sometimes because they are barking at nothing and it's very annoying when I'm trying to listen to my music as well as keep an eye on the kids behind me .

AnnieRN 06-06-2005 06:18 PM

Hello girls!

Well, today I have done fabulously. I did the 1-mile WATP this morning, and for some unknown reason, I did it again after work! :cb: My calorie consumption today has been very good (toast and low-sugar preserves and yogurt for breakfast, Lean Cuisine for lunch, and a tuna sandwich, salad, and watermelon for dinner.)

Thank you all for your encouraging words. I do suppose I should be happy that the scale went down 2 instead of up 2. I really do feel MUCH better since changing my lifestyle. I am not so fatigued all of the time, plus I have an overall better feeling about myself, and life in general. Plus I sleep better at night.

This weekend, however may be a huge test for me. We are going up to my brother's house (with a lot of other relatives heading there) for a sorta of close, small family reunion. The food thing is going to be tough. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone, but I'll just be sure to control my portion sizes.

Mom- Sorry to hear about your knee. Hope it feels better soon. Maybe ice would help. :dunno:

WOW, 381 pounds! That is absolutely AWESOME! :cheer:

To everyone else, hope your day is going well. I have to get off the computer, as my son needs it. I hope to check in tomorrow and have more time to respond to everyone.

BTW, I will be changing my WI's for Friday morning, as it's going to be hard this summer, as we have a lot of plans away.

AnnieRN 06-06-2005 06:22 PM

Woooohooo, I got 1 flower!! :D

petra65 06-06-2005 06:35 PM

Hi everyone. Congrats to Sherry and L2L on your losses. MomX3 and Java, hope you feel better soon. I think we got your storm or you got our storm, not sure which way it travelled.

I was extra careful with my carbs today so I didn't have another screw up like yesterday. Curlylocks-I like fitday. It has some quirks you have to get used to but it is good once you get the hang of it.

Talk to you all later.

Skysthelimit 06-06-2005 06:53 PM

Ok this may sound dumb but do I put up the flowers for my 10 pounds lost? Help I'm confused.

Good Evening !!! Just got home from the salt mines, enjoying a refreshing jug o water and thought I better check in with the PICs before I attempt to do a little homework and have some dinner.

Had my WI this morning and I gained... but guess if you are going to gain, then 0.1 of a stinking pound ain't too bad :dizzy: I am unanxiously awaiting the arrival of TOM, so if that is all the baggage that he is bringing, good on him!!

I feel we may have to do an intervention soon... I am abit concerned about Dee. She brought this group together and I fear that she has fallen and is having a hard time getting back on this horse. I hope I am wrong and that she has just been busy and hasn't had time to post. Dee... come back, we miss you !!!!

Petra ~ good job at sticking to your carb limit ! I know I would find that one hard to stick to.

ANNIE ~ flower power !!! Way to go.. so proud of you ( we all do the happy dance ) :cb:

SKYSTHELIMIT ~ good job on the loss so far.. you have really kicked it into gear quickly. Keep up the good work !!

HOTCUPOJAVA ~ hope you are feeling better !!! I know the sun can really knock it out of ya. take care of yourself and you will be back to your turtle circles in no time !

LOOKING2LOSE ~ glad to see you !! wow.. we have lost a whole lot of lbs.. now lets hope we never find them again !! Have fun at aquasize and let us know how much fun you have !

CURLYLOCKS ~ sounds like you are on your way to posting some good results soon.. keep up the hard work you have done so far !

MOMx3 ~ i hate injuries where ya don't know what you did to get them.. don't overdo it.. better to have a few days off then risk really injuring yourself. Thanks for the information on the books. When I am ready to do some "pleasure" reading (rather than school text books) I will know who to talk to !

JENNIE ~ great attitude !! A gain is a gain.. but what you do to get back on track is what counts the most. Go get em girl !!! You and I will be posting better numbers next week !

LISA ~ hope your Sunday and Monday went well.. no doubt you are running around with dear Mallisa. Hope to see you soon !

ANGEL EYES ~ how did the WI go.. hope you can be part of the loser group this week !

PAIGE ~ hope all is well for you.. getting closer to summer holidays :D

MOONRAY ~ where ya at ?? How is avoiding your scale going ?

Okay PICs I am off to enjoy the rest of my evening.. okay maybe enjoy is not the right word.. homework.. bleech ! Have a great evening and I will "see" you all tomorrow !

Skysthelimit 06-06-2005 11:36 PM

Annie thanks! ;)

jennie934 06-07-2005 10:43 AM

Hi everyone,
How are things going? I'm at work, taking a break from my dreaded Power Point I have to make. We do this thing called a year in review and I have to hunt for documentation of the projects I have worked on with my students since September. It is not an easy task. Next year, I'll do it as I go....

Anyway, I did OK yesterday with food. I also jogged some on the treadmill. I am trying to do the couch to 5k plan that a lot of people in the excersise thread talk about. The only difference is since I have been doing cardio already for a while, I am makng it longer. My goal is to be able to jog the whole time and I just wasn't getting there so hopefully the plan will work out. so far I am on week 2 I do 90 seconds jogging, 90 seconds walking. for 45 minutes. The plan says it should take about 2 months to get up to straight jogging. I'm still in the gym on the dreadmill, I havn't ventured outdoors with this plan yet. I'm in Pittsburgh and you can't get any where with out going up a HUGE hill! makes jogging a lot harder.

ClipClop, I think we should try and get Dee back. I miss her to she always had so many good things to say for all of us.

Petra, I don't know if I could stick to those carbs. I might need to try though if I can't get the scale moving the right way!

Sky- keep up the walking. I hate the dogs too. I always feel like they are going to jump the fence or something crazy.

Hotcup- ihope you are feeling better did you make it in for the WI. some times I can't make it and other times I wish I hadn't:?:

Looking- I can't believe the pounds we've lost. We should go on a TV show or somthing. Have fun aquasizing!

Annie, goog job yesterday and its good that you are starting to think about the weekend, start to you plan of defense. I have such a hard time at those types of events.

Mom- I hope your knee is feeling better soon. I hurt my left knee about 2 winters ago teaching some one to snowboard. It had me out of commisision for quite a while. You ussually don't hurt your knees snowboarding so it was kind of weird accident but I am always so nervous that I will hurt it again and this time it will really be bad.

curly- I have been takeing the weight smart for a while, I don't know if they are any different than regular. some one said they have caffeine in them. not sure though.

Ok, I know I missed a lot of people, there are so many of us and we are so good about posting, maybe we could make a roll call kind of list.

Keep up the good work. I'm gonna get back to work so I can hit the gym at lunch.

Jennie

Hotcupojava 06-07-2005 11:24 AM

Monday... for Turtle

Yes, I do feel better. Thank you for asking me. I worked out with my crazy sister today (you know .... "The Exercise ****"!) We did the 2 mile WATP and then our "Lumps" circuit for an hour. It was lots of fun. I can't believe I was up by 0530 today. I may have to sneak in a nap before work. I found out last night that I'm working alone all week, so I can be on line and address all of you individually (I've been wanting to do that for a while, feel like I've been neglecting you all). And since I'll be working out at the office gym tonight (yes, twice in one day) I probably won't feel the need to do as many "Caged Turtle Circles" and can spend more time on line.

Only a four day work week (starting in a few hours) and the it's GIRL TRIP TO THE BEACH.... :beach: :beach: :beach: LOOK OUT OCEAN CITY MARYLAND!!

Talk to you all soon (from the ole salt mine).

Wow, I feel good today :hyper: :bike: . This feeling good thing is so foreign to me. Almost makes me feel something bad is about to happen.

I have don't much time to post right now, but just wanted to say that I got my new exercise DVD's yesterday and tried one out this morning. It was Leslie Sanstone's "Walk and Kick." Holy moly. That's a very good exercise routine, which includes interval training with walking and short segments of kickboxing. I was energized after doing that.

I will attempt to address everyone later at home.

Hope you all have a super day.

Skysthelimit 06-07-2005 12:18 PM

I woke up with a bad sinus headache today, I just can't seem to get rid of it either.
Yesterday after I got back from walking maybe an hour or so after my allergies finally got the best of me and my headache started. I took sinus pills (which make me sleepy but they are the only thing that works, I have tried it all), well that worked it went away but the next morning my headache is back but worse. This always happens to me when I'm outside.
Does this ever happen to anyone who has allergies?
It really stinks too because I don't mind walking but I do mind getting headaches.
I still have to go out after lunch today and walk but my headache won't go away. The problem is if I take my sinus pills I won't feel like doing anything at all, I'll be tired .

Sky-

I work as an RN for an ENT who specializes in sinus infections. If this is a chronic thing, I would think about seeing a specialist. There may be something anatomical causing the headaches.

Hope you feel better. :)

O.K. Ladies we must have been connected somehow in another life. I was just thinking last night that we have to get Dee back. I'm worried that she has lost her footing and fallen off the cliff. I say we all send her a pm and see if we can get a response. Maybe if she gets them from enough of us she will get the picture that we want her back :D. So everyone send Dee a private message about how much we miss her. Let's let her know we won't give up on her she is to much a part of us.

Annie~I did go to one when I was in High School but since I got married our insurance doesn't cover it so I can't.

Howdy Howdy One and all

I'm being held captive at work, yet again. I can't believe they MAKE me come back like EVERY DAY! What's up with that? I had a very good morning of exercise and wise food choices and oops, getting up right now to get my #2 Water bottle from the mini fridge... BRB ... Okay... even pottied while up. Aren't ya glad I shared that? Power went off here, spooky and then MULTIPLE alarms everywhere! Ugh...

*Skysthelimit* Hope those sinus's clear up. I've only had that happen once and THAT was ENOUGH. Take care. I've heard that lots of water is a great way to combat those problems. But you're already doing that, no?

*MomX3* Take care of that sore knee. And thank you for the information on Dee... I feel stupid that I didn't realize which PIC chick she was. I sent her a PM and so hope to hear from her soon.

*AnnieRN* I recently bought Leslie's Walk & Jog. It nearly kills me! Ouch! I hope you enjoy that work out :jig:

*Jennie934* Wow! Jogging? *Blink* *Blink* I've heard about that couch to 5k thing and thought about trying it, but I uhhh don't have a couch. ;) Just teasing you, but I seriously don't have a couch! :joker:

*ClipClop* I'd be giddy with delight if my number was only .01. I gained nearly five pounds :sp: And with Uncle TOM & Aunt Flo, you're doing very well to keep it to that.

*Petra* I think all of our storms were separate, but yours started first. Our TV was blinking with warnings up your way, all morning. But when it hit... it was NASTY. I was thinking of taking my turtle butt to the basement :bb: Storms scare me. Even if I am 40.

*Looking2lose* How YOU doin? Awesome job on fighting off those killer funnel cakes. No way I could have kept it to only one. Great job! :cp:

*Curlylocks* I hope you enjoy that "Curves-like" program. Sounds like fun. Let us know. Good luck to you gal.

*~~Sunshine~~* Congratulations on #1 baby prize. Awesome. And how proud you must be of DS in the parade. Don't cha just luv Summer? :cloud9:

*Angeleyes* Sorry about the attack of the boredom munchie attacks. I, unfortunately, know that affliction all too well. I hope you fought your way out of it and you're having a great evening.

MoonRay, Lisa WY...? Did I miss anyone else? Oh yes.... Deerod! Come back gal! Miss you much.

Have a great evening all. Light and right choices... drink that water!
:rain:

I leave for the beach on Sunday :beach:
