aunt flo made her arrival this am... grrrrr I'm happy it is here, so this pmsing will go away.

I treasure the day's I ran around with my kids. I remember how hectic it was and how crazy meal times where. I was always on the go. When my kids were 7 and 10 I went back to nursing school. I look back and wonder how I did it!! I coached a travel cheerleading squad and was part of the PTA. I think alot of my 'buzzyness' was me not looking at myself. I was heavier then, about 15 pounds. I rarely looked in the mirror or put makeup on.
When I lost alot of weight in 99 I had professional pics done. I couldn't believe that was me. I had people I knew for years tell me that not only my weight changed but my attitude. I wore jeans, heels, makeup. I wore color!! Pink's, corals... I dyed my hair light blonde and I took up dancing again. So what happened??????????????????????????
I gained 80 percent of the weight back. I'm back to stretchy pants and I have that I don't care attitude again. I wish I could bottle up the drive I had back in 1999.
I know part of it is the depression I have endeared my whole life. The zoloft helps but I want off of it ( down to 25mg now).
I'm attending OA with my friend this evening. I get anxiety when I think of going. I hear stories that make me cry and better yet it makes me THINK.
I'm trying to be more positive. I'm trying to see things half full instead of half empty. I'm tired of being down on myself. I'm thinking of ordering tony robbins tapes.. sigh.. I dunno..
speaking of hubby's and bf's... I met mine in hs...I was 16. I know I am very lucky that our marriage has lasted and we still love each other. Marriage is hard work thou, it is; give; than it is ;take.

Deanne~ I had laugh when you said that girl gained weight.... LOL

Lynn- Thats so inspiring that you and your husband have been together that long! Nic and I met in January of 2004 and married in June of 2004. It was fast but we knew it was right. It is very hard work but totally worth it! Im glad you laughed at that girl getting fat...Im not the only one! How is it coming off the zoloft? Are you ok? Do you plan trying anything else?

Ok chicks, its my bedtime. Finally, I thought this day would never end. I was so bored!! I hope y'all have a good rest of your day...I know its mid day for y'all.

Love,
Deanne

i feel the same way too Lynn, sometimes i get really down on myself.
But we just have to turn it around and do whatever we have to for ourselves.

Wow, in highschool, thats cute. What age were you when you got married?

I just had a healthy choice mandarin chicken it was ok, tasted kind of peanut buttery.

Hey everyone ~wave~ I am down 1lb this week - wish it was more but I will take it - Speaking of movies, The Notebook reminded me SO much of my parents - especially the part where she forgets who he is and he is sitting on the bed crying, UGH!

I met and married my DH in 4 months. We've been together ever since. I was 17 he was 19. June will be our 26th anniversary. Has it been easy? **** no. But we stuck with it. I think we laugh more, now, than we did when we were kids.

Deanne I had to laugh when I read what you wrote, about that girl. I think it's normal to feel that way.....just remember, your DH goes home with YOU not her ;-)

I met my DH when i was 11. We were friend until 14 and stared dating on and off thru out high school. We married at 19 and have been married for nearly 14 years. It's not easy, sometimes it feels like a daily struggle with the kids and marriage, but it's well worth it. I wouldn't trade a single day for anything.

YAY Kim and Kim...losin weight. I know it may not seem like alot but you didnt gain. You should be proud!

Lets see...NIc and I met January 19th and married June 4th. Thats almost 5 months. I think 3 of us girls have June anniverseries.

This is how dumb my husbands company is. I absolutely hate his company. Remember the guy that got into a car wreck? Well, the company is garnishing his wages until the insurance company files his claim! So, hes basically going to be working for free. Poor guy. I think thats terrible. His wife was supposed to come next month but now he doesnt have any money.

Anyway, how is everyone??

Love,
Deanne

Hi Deanne! My hubby and I will celebrate our 18th anniversary June 20. Annother June anni! We dated 5 years before we married. I was (15 barely) and he was 18 and a college boy! hehe. My parents thought he was 17. He opened his mouth once about going to vote.......my mom caught it......."Well, you have to be 18 to vote!!!!". But she and my dad were already hooked. They loved him from the first time they met him. We were engaged Dec of 86 and married June of 87. We have had some VERY difficult times, but we have gotten through them. I do believe I would die without him. I just can't imagine. I have had dreams of him having affairs and I wake up in a sweat and my heart is literally broken till I wake up enough to realize it was a dream. Those are the worst dreams!!!! Anyway, I do believe we are soul mates. Actually, I have no doubt. Then in 91 our son was born and our daughter in 96. Life is good! That is my story and I'm stickin to it!

NOW IF I COULD JUST GET SKINNY AGAIN!!!!!!!
Ok, tomorrow is another day.
Goodnight ladies!
