Girlie: I'm so happy for you for losing. Keep it up you are doing great.
DewCan: You can do this..make the effort, you are worth it.

I'm sitting on hold with DHL at work, so I thought I might as well use my time for something I want to do.

Today is the first day of spring. I think for those of us that have been having trouble staying on plan it's a new start don't you? I'm setting a goal of 1 lb loss each week from now to Memorial Day. Any one want to join me in that?
This morning I put on one of my new 18/20 shirts and it was tight. NOT the way I want things to go, but I know it was enough to make me really take notice of all those little ice cream cones I might have each week and such. They have added up.

Time to get serious.

hi all! I have been MIA a little too! I am down a pound since last week!! Things have been slow here DH is sick, so I had to go it alone at the gym, but things went well. The kiddies are really trying to be good so thay can go swimming again on Friday. Ate pretty well, but I think I had too much for dinner, had to finish some left overs, and I didn't want anything going bad.

I bought a new puzzle, and I have had a little bit of a hard time! It took me an hour and a half last night just to get the edges mostly done. I had to go back through the pieces today because I waws missing some edges, anc I couldn't fit the edge together, THe girls "helped" me put all the pieces face up on the cardboard. I will work on it a little tonight, just because if this takes me too long I am going to have to put it away before I finish. It is hard to keep the kids off of it, and I have nowhere else to put it. Well, We will see how long this takes!!

Have a great week everyone!!!

Been MIA lately. Sheesh, can't seem to stick to anything.

It snowed here last night and this morning. Took me 2hrs 15 mins to do my normal 45 min commute to work. Was mentally exhausted, neck hurt from the strain. Didn't realize how tense I was till I got here. The good news is the snow has melted off the roads already, and supposed to be in the 40s tomorrow.

Got free tickets from work to the Pacers game on Sunday afternoon. Don't really care about the game, but my single gf and I are going, what a better place to meet men, than a basketball game. haha

WW at work begins March 31st. The meetings will be on Fridays at noon. What a good day for a WI. Hopefully there will be enough people around me for support that I will stick with it.

Hello to the newbies, welcome to a great place.

Chat later.

(((Hugs)))

Annie

Charlie -
Don't go off program today just because of your birthday. I know, easier said than done. But whatever you want, eat it, write it down, count the points for it. You'll probably see that A) you probably won't do as badly as you think, and B)you will realize you can eat anything you want on Weight Watchers. You just have to journal it all. If you are following the current plan, you know that you have your daily point target - but you also have 35 flex points that you can use any way you want. So if you wanted to use your 30 points plus ALL 35 in one day, you certainly can, that's what they are there for. Just FYI. I still hope you have a GREAT day!

I admit, I don't feel like I'm doing the best I can this fourth week of WW. But whatever I eat, I'm counting the points and doing my best to stay within my ranges. I slept in this morning but I'm going to the gym tonite - and the good thing about that is I don't have a time limit like I do in the mornings. In the mornings, I can't do much more than 60 minutes before I have to get in the shower, but tonite, I can do whatever I want. I may try out the treadmill tonite.

Talk to you all later! Have a great day!
