I've been getting hot flashes all day yesterday, and really terrible mood swings!! I felt like crying all evening. I got really teary talking to my sister for no reason. I think its the PCOS acting up again.
I didn't get any exercise in yesterday and got about 270 mins of workout before saturday to reach my goal.. I'll have to work really hard to get them in today, thursday and friday.
I'm getting this feeling that I'm not going to lose anything this week. I feel bloated and sluggish... I'm trying to stay focused and motivated, and it really helps reading all of your accomplishments sss to all!

Good Morning All,

Both of my GMs are out of the office today. I feel like I am on an "in-house" vacation. Great time to catch up on work, or at least act like I am. :^)

We have so many signing up for the at work WW, that we do not have a conference room big enough to accommodate it. I am very excited. There are 3 or 4 girls in nearby cubicles that are joining also. That should help.

I got a new do last night. I just love it. My hairdresser said it makes me look younger. I said, in that case, I will take two. haha I do feel like a new woman today. Now if I was just 90 lbs lighter, I would be groovin'.

My new tatoo was my second. I have a butterfly on my shoulder also. I don't even know what possesses me to get them. It is like all the sudden, I am getting a tatoo.

Debbie, visiting Kentucky, you are only one state away from me (Indiana)....stop on by.

Jiggly - drink more water, it helps with bloating.

Hello to all, gotta get busy.

Have a wonderful hump day.

Annie

No humping here on hump day unless I add it to my list!!!

I can feel my stress level building.
Hubby didn't run the dishwasher last night because I didn't "tell" him too, hence the supper dishes are still on the table. I took DD to gym and went to bed at 9:30, I was at the end of my rope. He pushed them out of the way to make his lunch this morning.

Today I will:
~shower/ trim my bangs( cant see)
~take allergy meds
~run dishwasher
~pack up the rest of the avon and do up bills
~make calls/emails
~desperatley need groceries
~need to vacuum still
~need to sweep kitchen floor
~would LOVE to do some yoga
~tame some paper tigers
~care for 3 preschoolers til noon-1 for the afternoon- May get groceries then

cereal eaten- gonna go clear my sinuses in the shower

Good morning girls!

Weigh In today and I lost another 3lbs! I'm so happy about that as it was TOM week!

I've been really busy trying to sort out stuff we brought over from my mother-in-law's house. I have way too many clothes in way too many sizes! lol I washed everything that I brought over, 5 loads done yesterday and put away! (and some thrown away!) I have hung my size 16 jeans right at the front of my closet for inspiration. I know I have 30lbs before I get into those but I know I can do it! I still have what feels like a million boxes to unpack and still more to get packed up at MIL's house. Neither of dh's brother's are giving us any help and it's really taking us a long time to get sorted. Oh and of course I am just waiting for the 'well I wanted so and so where is it?'. Look in a box pal, you'll find it somewhere!!! Is how I am kinda dealing with that one lol

One day I will be fully moved into this house...one day!

Holly, you sound so organised every morning, you know exactly what you need to get done, I should take a leaf out of your book!

Annie, I have a tattoo too, on my outer thigh - I designed it myself - it's a heart with the British flag on one side and the American flag on the other. I'm lucky, one of my best friends is a tattoo artist so I get tattoos for free if I want, and I do her website for her. I'm thinking of getting another one but I just don't know what I want.

Debbie, I hope your trip to Kentucky goes well, nice to have a weekend away!

Susie, good luck with 'staying in line' with all that hostessing. Must be really hard going. I know you can do it!

Jiggly, aren't those hot flashes and mood swings awful! Funnily enough I didn't have pms this month!!! I knew af was supposed to be coming this past weekend but I had none of my usual wanting to kill everyone in sight feeling. I had one choc craving on Sunday so I ate a sugar free choc pudding instead of dipping into the huge tin of Quality St that is sitting here. Kick that damn PCOS's *****y arse babe!

Ellen, good luck with the housework, men are such a pain sometimes. I have yet to figure why they put dishes in the sink when there is s dishwasher, mine does it too. The one that really peeves me is when I have a saucepan or something soaking in the sink and people put other dishes into the dirty, getting cold water! Why would you do that?

Have a great hump days girls, keep on doing what you're doing!

Sarah

I have a tatoo too. I have a cupid on my lower back. I think I am going to get another one, wahen I lose a little more weight. But I am not sure what to get?? I am thinking on my leg, or foot?? Have to run and get that laundry finished!!

PMS - Oh Sarah, I do have it this month, this week, yesterday and today. Everyone at work peed me off yesterday. And I brought goodies for an associate anniversary then he just griped about what was brought in. What a RUDE B*st*rd. I barely kept myself in check, and with this PMS, he was almost toast.

Later Ladies

Hello everyone, sounds like things are going well for most of you, and that's great!

I had gain this week - .2lbs. Not much, and I'm not too discouraged. I know I did a lot of things wrong last week and am working to correct them this week. I've been getting lazy with exercise, I skipped Friday and Monday, but did go for a bit yesterday morning, and plan to go for the rest of the week. Some weeks I will lose, some weeks I may gain, and I just want to keep going.

I've not been feeling the greatest lately. I stayed home from work yesterday and got in some good rest. I also made a soup that I love, it's easy on the tummy too. I mixed a can of veggie broth with a can of fat free chicken broth, and threw in all kinds of fresh veggies: mushrooms, zucchini, bok choy, chinese greens, sugar snap peas, and a little bit of rice - not even 1/4 cup. I also threw in some cooked shrimp. It was awesome soup! Very hearty, and I let it simmer for about a half hour - and the shrimp added great flavor. DH LOVED it. We will be eating it more often. It's very simple, very low in fat and healthy.

Hope you all are well!

Girlie

Girlie: YUM!!! The soup sounds great.

Annie: Good job biting your tongue...LOL

Sarah: great loss...You rock!!!

Good morning ladies! I have been feeling better, but i have been just so drn tired. It is even worse than the how tired I was when I was preggers. I have to go to the chiropractor, and maybe that will help. I was op yesterday, but because DD is sick I did not get to the gym. DH said I could go after he gets home, but he started late this AM so He will probably not be home b4 dinner time. If I don't make it I promise to either hula hoop or go for a walk~~supposed to be up to 65 here!!! Yaya I think Spring has sprung!!

OMG I can't believe this! Yesterday I stepped on the scale cause I wanted to see if I had lost any weight at all. I don't like using my scale cause I had brought it out of desperation, it's non digital, and I hate non digital cause I can never see my exact weight. Anyway, I stepped on it cause I hadn't weighed myself in the while and it spun around and stopped a lil after 240. I was pissed cause I thought it was wrong and it was broken but today I was at my mama's job (she works at the VA hospital) and I went to the employee health office and the lady let me weigh myself and they have this cool (expensive) digital scale and I weighed myself and it said I weighed 244 1/2!!! Which means I've lost like 6.5 lbs!!! *screams*

Yesterday was loooooooooooong but successful. The Avon party was not as nice as "advertised" but I had a good chat with a couple of sister reps.( I didn't wash my hair, just pout it in a bun, LOL!) The food was all gone when i got there and i had skipped supper with the dentist and all..............
DS had 3 fillings done and was a trooper.I survived a day of 9 kids!

Just 3 little monkeys today once I launch the others.

I will still work on taming that paper tiger. I MUST do taxes this weekend.

Ds is going home on the bus with his "girlfriend" to go as her guest for her hockey party and then his hockey party follows at 6.

I need to write our church newsletter and get organized for the School Council Meeting on Monday.

Clyde ate breaky yesterday and then slept for 13 hours, ate at 10:30 pm and then slept til now. He looks so small and old.I am hoping he will just go in his sleep, gently.
I saw a station wagon at the corner garage.......
Station wagon has been test driven. I enjoyed it. They will do a straight trade; my van for the wagon.

I would save $80 a month in gas for a little less mobility with a house full of kids. Just waiting for hubby to call and say okay. I try to keep him in the loop with these decisions *giggle*

........he is going to stop in and look under the hood on the way home.

HUGS!!!!!!
