Corinna: wowee good for you!! You've lost some weight in the past few weigh-ins so you're really doing well. I arrived back home late last night. After running around a bit to do errands, I went into the office and dealt with 110 emails in my inbox. I guess that's what 3 weeks absence gets ya!
Meals: Today I just had a big coffee with cream in the morning and 4 tablespoons of hemp hearts at supper time. Kind of wanted to cleanse my system a bit after the drinkies I had on vacation.
Exercise: just running around doing errands.
Positive: so many nice peeps at work welcoming me back and my dear sons inviting me out for supper Friday night.
Negative: I'm a little nervous about weigh-in this Saturday hee hee.
