Positive: Some more Intermittent Fasting today. Just having one big lunch. Today I feel nice and light.

Negative: Nothing really. Just staying true to our eating plans and exercise, and enjoying the good people around us is all I need. Happy Wednesday Renee and Corinna

Positive: I was told by a co-worker that I looked like I was losing weight. I think it was just flattery, but it was nice to hear and inspired me to continue in my efforts.
Negative: I won't have enough people for a Weight Loss team at work. People just don't want to commit. They like their food and lots of it.

Hey Renee-Don't give up yet. You can do this! What about watching and doing an exercise video when you get bored. You don't have to get all out and sweaty, but just do a little movement and have some fun. Take a look at this one. I think its upbeat. Works for me. Its on https:
//www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjUWo9PGO3k Try it and tell me what you think? Hang in there.

Follena-with your fasting this week, you are sure to see some good results by the end of the week. Especially since you are still doing Yoga too. That's great! Keep that positive attitude!

Happy Thursday!!

Snack: Veggie Jerky
Exercise: Elliptical, stretching

Positive: At the last minute, I found 2 more people to join the 8 week Weight-loss group at work. So I am officially entered on a team and weighed-in. Yippee!

Negative: Ate the whole bag of olive chips while watching TV. Should have poured some in a bowl and ate from that rather than sitting with the bag. I know better! Obviously I wasn't thinking on that one.

Renee-you got a good work out yesterday. Hope it doesn't get too muddy. Good job on not overeating and staying busy.
Follena-Day 13 with Yoga, good job at staying dedicated to that. I bet you are seeing some positive results already.

Tomorrow is weigh-in. : Good luck ladies! Have a Happy Saturday however you spend it.

Breakfast: Banana, Celery, Hummus
Dinner: Pad Thai, Bread roll
Supper: Potato wedges
Exercise: 4 mile walk, stretching exercises

Positive: Got a good walk in with the hubby and dog. It was a nice morning.
Negative: Didn't need to eat the potato wedges. A co-worker brought some in to work and dropped some off in a container for me. I should have politely declined.

Renee-hot chili would sure taste good on a cold day. I can see how you would eat lots of that. Perhaps it won't be as bad as you think, since you had all that barn work.
Follena-wow, you must have a very noisy office. That's too bad. Would your work help pay or split the cost for the headphones? You could tell them that would be cheaper than disability pay for deafness.

My weigh-in shows........let me try again, nope it still says up 1.5 lbs. What?!? Is this scale crazy!?! It had me down earlier in the week and now it is up. I definitely need to work on my focus and determination now. I am headed in the wrong direction. Good luck to you ladies.

Weigh-in Results
01/01/2019 Start
01/05/2019 -6.5lbs
01/12/2019 -1.5lbs
01/19/2019 -1.5lbs
01/26/2019 +1.5lbs
Total = -8.0 lbs

Corinna: my brother asked same question.. the first manager I asked scoffed and said this place is too cheap. But I emailed a director who is more generous. I found a pair on VarageSale for $150. If theyíre in good shape Iím buying!

Meals: Eggs n bacon and cream in my coffee. Scallops with veggies.

Exercise: likely a walk.

Positive: will take my niece out for her 2 hot dogs. Maybe a walk or coffee with a friend later.
Negative: itís 2 days off to spend with my cat and friends. Nothing negative.

Once a week weigh-in: Saturday January 12th 177 pounds, Jan 19 175.2 pounds and today 173.8.

Oh Renee, I feel for you. Don't give up yet. I bet next week you will see some results. It's going to happen. It has to since you have been trying so hard. Hang in there. I will keep you in my prayers.

Follena-your hard work paid off this week. Good job! You are headed in the right direction. Enjoy your time with cat, family, and friends.

Now I am off from work for a few days, so I get to cook, clean, and have fun like watching TV or walking if its not too cold/rainy. Have a wonderful Sunday/Monday.
