Not only is it raining, it is piddling down here. DS2 is happy with that because he has to work tomorrow (Sunday) and gets extra money for being up power poles in the rain.
I've been fairly busy today and achieved a lot in the house, even got to clean some windows and brother did they need it. Will do some more tomorrow if it is still raining. The washing is done and dry, I have one more load to fold up and put away and we are done with that. The floor is swept, the bed is changed and I am about to sit and watch the news with a glass of wine and eat prawns and mango. Does it get much better than that? Oh yeah there is footy on tonight - NZ v Aust. Go you good thing.
Fly out to Mudgee on Monday. Flight to Sydney, then flap your wings type plane to Mudgee. 15kg of weight isn't much and I think I will be opting for the layered look and steel caps on the plane. That should be fun.
Happy - don't know that TN is that far behind us. We only have 4 days of August left not a week and a half. We will think up a hopeful but not overly optimistic title for September. Let's work on it. Who has found a new problem with the house now. It seems to me that trouble seems to be inventing itself in your place. Try doing what every one else would do and do a dodgy patch on it.
Annie - You are going to have to start watching where you put those fingers. It must be sore. You may even lose the nail if you are not careful.
Ceejay, hope you have a happy birthday with the family around, travel safe. Glad you told the neighbour where to get off. You are not a bank, you don't look like a bank and they need to get to work and earn their own money and stop trying to wheedle your hard earned out of you.
Mel - Hope it all goes away before it gets to you but if it doesn't then get inside, sit tight, hang on and hope. Nothing much else you can do. If you have a thermos flask, might be a good idea to fill it with hot water for drinks etc.
Michelle - hope you are feeling better today and that the horrid nausea has gone.
Okay, time to get that last load out of the dryer and put it away, get my wine, watch the news and get on with the footy. Go NZ go.
