Yes Lila going to the gym is great!!!

I feel like a whale today. Nothing has really changed apart from being PMSy . . . grrrrr

Will just keep eating the eats and moving my bits and suck it up until this passes. TOM has a way of playing head games with me.

A full body massage sounds awesome Julia - my chiropractor told me the other day that my muscles are so tight she thinks a massage would have me screaming in pain !

Lindor I'm getting nervous on your behalf for Sunday's great leap forward - can't wait to hear how it goes.

One more shift and then it's my weekend! I'm working 12.30 - 9pm today, and then start at 6.30am on Sunday morning, so it's a 'short' weekend for me.

All is going well for my weight loss this week. Sticking mostly to the plan, and just trying to make good choices.

Vonni I'm worried about you. Do you have any more news?

just back from doctor. Results are in. There are folicullar and cellular changes in the nodules that are abnormal (in other words not just overgrowm thyroid tissue) however currently benign.

I do have to have follow up ultrasounds and biopsies every 3 - 6 mths though as it can be a precurser to cancer.

Thyroid cancer is rare but this is a "caution" sign. The Doc said usually they follow it for 5 years and if nothing then usually every 12 mths a checkup however if i ever feel "not right" they will check it sooner than scheduled.

She has had a patient that in 2 years got cancer and got all "the doc said it was fine" so she stressed to me that it isnt really fine, but its not bad lol.

Thanks for all the well wishes guys. It helps to know someone out there rootin for me.

So diet change, give up smoking, dont drink so thats no prob, and reduce stress are my instructions HAHA. Though the doc thinks my diet isnt really that bad. and i told her the truth of what i eat. So she thinks weight may be stress related. Have taken iron studies and b12 availability tests cause she reckons if yr tired n stressed the body holds onto weight as a safety thing. If anything in bloods odd she'll try correct it then maybe my weight might start to slide fingers crossed.

Anywho better run and get dinner. Fish for tea tonight and salad yummmm

Vonni it must be a huge relief to have had that discussion with the doctor and to know exactly where you stand.

Congrats on the 2cm Kel!

I had a day out of the office yesterday and was at a training course which finished at 2:30 so got to have the afternoon off to get stuff done which was great.

Gym tonight - weights circuit and some cardio.

Well, I had my monthly weigh in class and lost 2.2lbs (1kg) since last month, so that's good. They don't care if you lose, as long as you don't gain.

hey girlys .. been a busy week with the kids getting back to school.. ect.. but a good week ..
i faced a few demons and am taking some steps in thr right direction ..
i rang the special immunistaion clinic about Leah she had bad reactions to all her needles and has never had mmr at all or her 4 year olds.. and with her starting school next term.. i felt it was time to get this sorted.. so i went straight to the speicalists.. which is a team of pedatrictions immunologists and allergy testing.. im hoping they can come up withn a safe plan for her .. or maybe they can run some bloods and see if she has enough immunity from the shots she has had to not have to suffer from the tripple one again.... i just have to wait and see .

anyway.. weigh in day today im down 800 grams.. so 106.4 im very pleased with that indeed .. anyway gotta run .. im running thr playgroup this term and have organised a whole heap of activites for the kiddys today is music day ... hmmm where are my earplugs.. LOL

Danni, thanks for the beautiful fairy!

Lindor, god luck with your big jump on Sunday.

Vonni, at least now you know now what your dealing with. My best friend has the same thing and she's doing Jenny Craig to deal with the weight issues. I hope it all goes well for you.

Julia, well done, keep it up girl!!!

Lila, you've got heaps of courage going to the gym after 15 years. I'm proud of you.

Amy, your on fire!

Sorry if I've missed anyone but I'm soooo tired. Haven't weighed in this week so have no idea what the scales say but my belly tells me its not good!
