Hey ladies!!! I did get right back on plan. I'm on day 14 of the Shred and I did an additional 30 minutes on the elliptical. I ate pretty well today too. Is everyone still reading their advantages cards??? I have a post it stuck to my PC at work that says 1-1-10<200 so I look at it all the time.

Brie: So glad you found a place you like! I hope your transition goes smoothly. Because I want to come visit!!! :D

Matilda and 2feelbetter: It'll be ok. Just don't stress yourself. Weight loss is one meal and one workout at a time.

2feelbetter- Maybe you didn't take enough food to work. I try to take 2 snacks (one for midmorning and one for afternoon) and my lunch.

Hi ladies! sorry to have been MIA...i've fallen off the wagon and have been struggling so hard to get myself back up. The moment I stopped coming on 3FC I totally have just been unaccountable, not counting calories, not working out and I just overall have not been feeling good --I'm even scared to step on a scale. Tomorrow is October 2nd --- I'm going to work towards making October a good month, one step at a time. CONGRATS to all of you ladies that have stuck through this. I'm just praying and hoping that for once I can stay on track and believe in myself and be strong enough to reach my goals. It's so hard for me because I don't have anyone around me doing what I'm doing, 3FC is my only support and I thank all of you for being such an inspiration

I am in the same boat, I have just been off plan but I have to get myself together. Ive been tired and lazy and I just cannot let it get the best of me. Starting on Monday I will be starting the fatsmash diet and Im soooo serious. I havent been to the gym since like wednesday or something like that. I just really have to find a way to get all the stuff I need to get done....DONE!

I would really like to be close to goal for summer and I hate to see time keep passing me buy.

Im going to really put a lot of effort into planning my meals. Ive never done this and I must admitt it just seems like so much and I already have several things going on in my life. Im going to try the six meal a day once fatsmash is done. Please pray for me im really sick of being overweight and I need to stick to my programs

I'm up this WI. It's totally my fault and I accept that. This week will be better! I restarted my SparkPeople account today and I plan on going to the gym at least 3x this week. I start training for my new job tomorrow! Wish me luck girls, the whole at home thing is new territory for me and I'm a little nervous. :^:

HI ladies thanks for the support I've been out of it for a few days.

I really don't need to take more food to work because I only work PT I'm home by 3:30

I'm going to have to kill my husband because he wanted SNACKS and ran out bought an Entemans strawberry danish twist (my favorite) and left it on the counter. sooooooooo of course I ate some. I now have to hide it in the back of the refrigerator. I've been hiding alot of his snacks LOL Oh yeah forgot to mention the slice of sweet potato pie that someone at work wanted me to try,the chips, and the Klondike bar and that was just yesterday!

Wow when I write that here it's really hits home, maybe there is something to that writing down everything you eat.

I'm definitely not a count calorie kind of person but I do want to try and curb the moderation.

Now I'm also going to post this part on the disability thread. I have arthrtitis in both my knees and a problem with my feet. Last week I wanted to get out and do some walking. I was only able to do about 20 minutes or so before my knees would just kill me. Well I don't know why I didn't think of it before but I realized I should see my orthopedic Dr and get a shot. Well that's exactly what I did. He gave my shots in both of my knees and I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE. I'm like a whole new person. I'm not in pain all day. I'm going to get out and try and do some walking while the weather is still nice. Then later in the season hit the treadmill.

I don't know how long the shot is going to last it's like a false sense of hope. Like the rug could be pulled out from under my feet at any time. You really can't know what I'm talking about but here's an idea. Before the shots I could not get up off the sofa, chair, or get out of the car,or stand up from the table (that's really embarassing when out with friends) without holding onto something braceing myself then wait for my knees to settle in place then walk.


So I'm going to do all that I can while I feel good. :carrot:

Hello everyone I am back on plan. Today is day on of my fat smash diet and so far things are going well. I plan to workout more this week. Iweighed in at 240 this morning which isnt bad for the way ive been off plan so ill take that. Anyways how you all have a great week

Hi Ladies! I'm just jumping back in! I've had friends in town this weekend so I was WAY off plan. And I stopped doing the Shred.

Plus my car had to go to the shop after it quit on me, so now I'm gonne be groke too after I pick it up from the shop tomorrow. :(

I'm about to start back doing a combo of the Couch to 5K and the Shred. Several of my friends here run, so I'm feeling motivated to stick with it this time.

Okay I feel good about myself right now. I just came back from the track and walked a 1 1/4 mile. For me that's great. Before the shots in my knees I couldn't do more than 1/2 mile. It's starting to get chilly maybe I can get in a few more days outside.

As for me, I did day one of couch to 5K today. It went ok. My truck is still in the shop. They found more stuf wrong. I should get it this afternoon. And after that I plan to go pick up some healthy groceries.

Hey Ladies I died on last Tuesday of bronchitis and sinus infection so I have sleep for a week. My first day back at the gym was Saturday and I wasn't feeling so my first real day back was yesterday! Thanks everyone for the congrats and encouragement really. I look forward to this place for support and i really do appreciate. I won't get my 50LB Token until Thurday because i missed last week due to sickness! On thursday I get to change my ticker!!!!!!

Beaka - WTG on starting C25K!!!! And still the doing the shred a-mazing

Brie - Yay you found an apartment and you are emoving in today! WTG. I know youo are soooo excited!

Matilda - I ahd all these great words or encouragement for you only to find that you are back on track! WTG
