Brie - Do you still do WW's?

cake - nope girl i quit. i absolutely disliked the leaders and everyone in the place. its the closest one to my house but not a lot of ppl that look like me go in there so i guess they wanted to make sure we wouldnt come back ugh

Just use the points system I have a huge one if you want I can email it to you! You dont really have to attend meetings to be successful at WW

Brie- I know you are starting fat smash again. I believe that I am going to work on the 4 Day Diet (actually 28 days long) again. It is not that WW is not working for me cause it is, I just need something to get me back in the groove of clean eating. I joined the BL challenge so am looking forward to making some progress. I have two motivations. 1. The cruise in October and 2. I want to be at 155 to start trying on my wedding dresses. Reason being that once you choose one you don't need to gaining OR losing weight. So I want to make sure I don't try it at 165 amd end up losing 10 pounds! |
i have all the WW stuff. thanks ladies! i lost 30 pounds on WW in 2007. and for me it was the meetings and the support at the center. i had a bad break up in oct 07 and thats why i am still on this site trying to re-lose those pounds and reach my goal. i dont have any self control with WW unless i go to meetings lol. i plan to restart WW when i am much closer to goal just to bring me in to maintaining.
cake i definitely need to get back on the wagon i am sooo far in the dust. i am trying to find a new challenge. maybe i'll try the BL challenge or something else. i have to be significantly smaller by january. |

Bejeweled- I can understand that I dont really do WW but I do have the point system paperwork. For me anything that has to do with counting is just soo much for me. What works for me is the basics No eating out No fried foods Drink plenty of water Watch carbs No eating after 7-8 Those are my basic rules that I try to follow about 90% of the time. Along with portion control of course. Everyone is different. I like using the WW list for my low points foods |

Hey everybody! I know I haven't been around much. And when I'm not around, I'm usually NOT on plan. I can't use the move as an excuse anymore. I've been here about 6 weeks and I need to get it together. I've been eting out a lot since I've been getting out and meeting new people, and I've been choosing totally unhealthy options (like the big greasy philly cheesesteak last night). I did join the gym at work. The good thing is I can go anytime and it's right up the street from my house. I've started off easy doing just 30 minutes on the elliptical and I come home and do a little with weights. I just need to get my eating back under control. I feel so totally gross right now.
I've been thinking of doing a weight loss blog. If anyone actually follows it, I'm hoping they'll keep me on track. But we'll see. I don't know if I'm ready to expose my struggle to the whole world. So... this week's goal is to workout 4 days and eat on plan. And, I plan to start using the Beck Diet Solution too to keep me mentally on track. I hope all of you ladies are doing well. JasonsLea, glad so to see some good news from you :). Brie, we WILL get it back together. Cake, hey! I know you'll look good in that wedding dress. Matilda, have you been back in the gym? Lady TK- Welcome! I'm in the DMV too! Sounds like you're right on track :). |

So I woke up this morning, got on the scale, and wondered how in the **** did I gain 2 lbs when I ate pretty well and got in some good exercise this week?! I wasn't expecting a big loss but come on. I got my answer this afternoon.....TOM. :dz: I'm relieved he came this week though since TBL challenge starts next week. Not changing my ticker cause I know it's water weight and I'm going to be good this week so next WI will be good. :yes: |
Heeeeey Ladies. I am not too far off my low weight (167) and I will be back there in no time. Especially with the biggest loser challenge. I did well except with the exception of yesterday. Not a lot of food, just high point food. I skipped WW last week so I have to roll my arse in there this week. I finally made it to the gym after my week long hiatus.
Jasonslea - I know you are glad that is TOM> WTG with staying on plan Beaka - Thanks you. Isn't that tso convenient to have the gym in walking distance. Matilda - Those seem like very reasonable rules to live by. Brie - i need meetings too. I mean I can a week or so without but it can't be long before I start getting off track.So I know what you mean. I wanna do four day diet but I am bit broke right now and I need some stuff for that for sho!!!! GL with staying on plan th is week. You can do it! |
Hello everyone Ive been eating bad lately myself in some ways but I still continue to workout. Ive been so so busy school and work is kicking my butt and my main problem is that I am always eating on the go. I dont really eat fast foods its more so portion control and I really have to get back on track.
Beaka- welcome back and yes I have still been hitting the gym. Cake good work on everything your really helping with keeping me motivated:) jasonlea- ive been all over the scale going up and down with the same few lbs. Im just trying to really get out of the 230's been here way too long lol I hope you all have a great week |
*sighs* today is my first day back OP and i am ok right now. i guess it doesnt get hard till about day 3. and i gotta get back on it im going upward and i might just perish if i gain another pound

I did so awesome yesterday! I stayed OP the entire day and got in 7 miles! Maybe yesterday was my official first day back! LMAO

I dont know what my problem is and I am starting to think that I just have so much going on and its very hard to try and accomplish all of my goals. I am in school and I work but I only work part time. During the day 9-5 I alternate between school and work. I am also a single mother and this past week its been very hard for me to stay on plan. I havent been to the gym since saturday which isnt that bad but with studing and home life its really hard to do all the things I need to do. Losing weight is probably more important to me because I have been going to the gym and skiping reading some required text. School isnt really hard but its time consuming I have two classes that require a lot of reading. I have to get it together I havent made any progress in the past few weeks. I keep saying Ill do the detox on fat smash to get me back in control so that I can control my cravings and eating but its easier said then done.
I need more motivation!!!!!! I have to find it |
matilda - maybe you will have to do some re-scheduling like possibly working out first thing in the morning really early doing cardio and then getting a resistance training dvd like jillian michael's 30DS to do in the evening. and that will give u more time in yr day to do hw and stuff with yr child. idk. but i know you will figure it out. but thats what we all are here for to support each other. let us know how yr coming along
