I felt so guilty yesterday, like I had completely deserted my eating plan. I headed into the kitchen to commit some major food sins. Then I realized I was on track food wise but was feeling guilty for not working out. I passed up the bad stuff, ate a bowl of Fiber One cereal with soy milk and then took my butt to bed. Today I'm feeling like I can wrassle an alligator and win!!! |

And Devsmama and Tikanique, I feel ya...I have been sick for part of the week and my eating hasn't been 100% on plan. To add insult to injury, I have to go to a party tomorrow, and I know there will be some caloric debauchery involved. Have a good weekend everyone! |
Hey Sexy Mamas! Thanks beaka and Tikanique for the concern but I am proud to say I amde 9.25 miles in 1:50:13. Ty-dow! And I lost 4.2 lbs this week:D:D:D:carrot::carrot: I am officialy at my lowest weight of 170. I feel so good right now. Plus my sushi was on point last night. This weekend is busy for me. Taking my sissy out for her bday and hten some drinks. Tomorrow is spades at my besties house w/ her fiance and also a cookout before that at my friends and somewhere inthere I have to get some OT and two outdoor runs in....
Tikanique- I know what you mean. SOme days I feel all bad about what I ate when in reality it wasn't bad at all but I didn't workout that day so I somehow feel guilty about it. That was awesome preparation on the pot luck as well. I am funny about them to ...hehe Regancy England Historic novels....hmmm I am gonna have to check those out. Give me a good suggestsion of one to read. Matilda - :carrot::carrot: Buh-bye 240's. Keep it moving Missy! Cake- have you decided what you're going to do when you make goal? Are you gonna go lower or try to maintain the 165? I was 165 pre preggo but I just cant see me getting that small again, thats why I will see what I look like at 180-190 but my first mini goal is 199.
How do you gals feel about back fat???? I think thats when Ill stop losing when I have no more love handles lol |
Matilda - Back fat is when you are gonna stop losing.....lol that's funny. But I feel ya I hate it to. No I am gonna keep losing but 50 pounds lost was my first feat. I am still gonna go about 10 more pounds past that. But also at this weight even 3 or 4 lbs makes such a difference that my 5 more may be perfect so I guess we will see.

Tikanique - Okay I just ordered Jane Austen Collection. I can pick it up after work. I guess I will read Pride and Predjudice first. There are seven all together in the set. Any other authors you like?

Thanks ladies. I am re-focused, definitely. I went to the gym for the first time in over a week and that just cannot happen. I know most people say that its 80% diet, 20% exercise, but for me it is definitely 50/50.

I am proud of muhself cause I only had 2 drink and i passed up fried fish and oysters and instead had a small chili and smal plain baked potato from Wendys. I had to off set somehow and have deep fried food and liquor was unacceptable. Go ME Devamama - I agree with you. I mean I don't what percent it is but i know for me there has to be a balance or it won't work |
Well overall I had a good weekend. I am gonna get in a tempo run tonight and I get my hair braided tomorrow morning...HALLELUJAH!!!!

Hello Ladies I had a lazy weekend but I ate pretty ok I mean I didnt over do anything. Ill be back in the gym at 3:30 today.
Cake- Im also getting my hair braided this weekend and I cannot wait. My hair sucks since working out so much. Devsmama- I agree with you I have to do both or i see no results. Get back in and kick butt:) Have a fab day ladies! |
I am soooo sorry that I am late responding to this thread. Bjeweled, I just read your message today so I am here. I have been on this site off and on for years, but I am determined that this will be my last go round with this weight. I've had some past relationship issues that put me in a tizzy. I am doing okay now and am right back on track.
Mini goal - lose at least 20 to 30 pounds before Thanksgiving |
