I hope to have lost a few by Monday too. Here is my exercise log since Feb.1. So far so good. 10k on weekdays and 5k on weekend days (since the kids and dh are here wanting all the attention)
I'll be weighing in tonight. A year ago I did Atkins and lost 50 lbs. I went from about 255 to about 205. As soon as I was in sight of onderland I stopped doing the program and lost all control. This time is for me and I'm going to get to my healthy weight. I'm never going to stop eating healthy.
I hit my ten pounds this morning ! I am going to celebrate by eating 1/2 a grapefruit and walking the dog in the rain. I do this every morning( sometimes it is not raining) but this morning it is with 10 pounds less.
Well gosh Selina I hope you feel better ! I am sending cyber chicken soup ( it's calorie free) and a bucket of TLC . Tommorrow will be a better day !
I did my three mile and tried a couple things from the Fit TV channel. I had to stop one in the middle as I was too winded. It's back to Pilates soon.
I had a disasterous trip to the grocery store with the toddler . She might be the most trying child yet. I came home and had a can of soup. It helped- but I see that situation now as one of those trigger points that I can identifty. I was famished !
I tried to put both the walking tape and the conditioning section in one workout period today. It was not as productive and I almost fell asleep in the chair watching the local news.
I am adding a cup of raw spinach to my salads as the numbers on FitDay show that I am not getting enough iron.It's a quiet night DH comes in late tommorrow night and DD21 will probably stay in town with her BF. DS13 promises to work out with me tommorrow- we'll see !

It looks like a few of you need cyber hugs . Sirak I remember what it was like to go to the store with little ones. Unfortunately sometimes the bigger ones are just as trying. But well done on the 10!
