Was happy to get out there today and do my 4.5 miles though it took me 1hr 2 minutes and 20 seconds. Slow at a snail again Better than nothing which is about what I was going to do!!
Today gives me not only 5 days in a row I've walked but I've logged 22.5 miles
Wednesday and Friday - About 5 games of badminton each session.
Saturday - Leslie Sansone's Two Mile Walk. Was pleased that I was able to complete the two miles as this is the first time in several months that I have done any "walking".
This makes 5 exercise sessions this week, counting the two sessions of badminton on Monday. I thought I had better get my butt in gear as I will be doing a lot of sitting during the next two weeks on my trip.
