Talking MONDAY

Starting the week off on the right AND left foot! Got in my 4. 5 miles. Took me longer than I'd like, 55:35, but feel good that I got my butt out there. Next stop, this morning's yoga class!!!!

Got to the gym and rode the bike over 30 minutes...at a level I am not used to Cross Country - over 200 cals burned - felt great! Tonight before bed will be 50 tummy crunches.... I am feeling really good - really positive - and I know from last year how exercise makes you feel - like on cloud 9 -

Which tape do you do Crystle? I am doing the Leslie Sanzone tapes Walk Away The Pounds for Abs. Good job going all the way through the three mile!!!
I am still on the two mile and usually just make it through to 1 mile and 3/4. It's really more a time issue, as I do it in the morning and always seem to be running late (it's so hard to get out of my warm bed with all the snow outside!!)
I usually do a pilates video when I get home from work (and often only go most of the way through that too!!!) I must have a short attention span...but I figure at least I'm getting some exercise.

Tuesday a.m.

Wow, this board is so busy!!! It's great to see all the exercise posts!!! Congrats to all you busy people who are making time to move your fabulous bodies!!!!! I am so proud of us all!!!

This morning I did 33 minutes on the TM by myself. No phone conversation today as our scheduled days are M,W, F. It was still a good workout. Read the entire time.

It feels good to move!
