MONDAY
 
Did my 4.5 miles with only walking, but with my Powerbelt. Took me too long though, 1 hour 2 minutes and 35 seconds, that's slower than a :snail: but I guess it's better than nothing, which is almost what I ended up doing today:yes:

Walked the dogs. Slogging thorugh slush and wet snow now. My knees are loving this--NOT!
