WEDNESDAY
Did my 4.5 miles, not sure of the time exactly, somewhere screwed up my timer towards the end, but it was definitely under 1hour, though probably not by much.
3 days in a row!!!

Walked the dogs last night. The track at the high school is visible again--it's been a while. Got in 3/4 of a mile.

WEDNESDAY
I took the long way walking DS to and from school. In the morning it was thru about 4 inches of snow. Shovelled the drive (long enough for 3 cars) twice.

Wednesday--
Lazy today, 20 minutes on the Ab Doer 2. Hope to get in some on the stationary bike, as the wind is gusting up to 40 MPH, so I won't be walking....
Way to go everyone that got in their exercise!!!

Can I count 45 minutes of intense scrubbing to clean my stainless steel cooktop? It was really gunky! I took it all apart and scrubbed every inch.

Wednesday night, Day 2
25 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph (I even scooted it up to 4 mph for about a minute which was a jog for me).
